Love it. I'm glad Ambrose is in possession of the United States Championship. This, hopefully, means that WWE considers him the driving force behind the Shield, and nothing but future success comes his way.
Reigns and Rollins, while though still extremely gifted, need more time to grow into the WWE mold. As Tag Champs, hopefully they can strengthen their talents more by helping each other, as well as themselves.

It's good and all. I hope they keep treating the Shield like they're strong.

How did you not expect that? That was probably the most obvious finish(es) of the night to me.

Totally not surprised at this. Especially after that story of the Undertaker calling them the future of the company, and praising their work in front of the whole locker room. It was only a matter of time after that.

I'm not shocked but Iam happy. I'd be happier if there was more of a solid tag division though.
Off topic how was the show?

technically, they don't have gold, they have: Red, white, blue, and bronze.

It needed to happen and was incredibly predictable, but that doesn't mean it wasn't a great moment.
This is a big moment for WWE's future. Not only have they proven they do in fact know how to book a stable in the long run, but this is also pretty much confirmation that the faith is still very much invested in these guys. The Shield are all well on track to making it big time.
It also sets up the inevitable Kane/ Bryan feud which I am personally damn excited for. Hopefully we can get Bryan back on track towards the WHC and a more serious persona.

technically, they don't have gold, they have: Red, white, blue, and bronze. There's some gold on the US title Anyway, I'm thrilled with these guys having gold. All three are among my favorites in the WWE, and I expect great things from them. Also, that image after the tag match was great. I hope they use this to strengthen the tag scene like it seemed they were going to in the autumn. You still have 5 or 6 tams in the company, and they could easily build up a division if they tried. but so many of the teams have already been made to look weak, it's going to be a struggle. Still, I'm looking forward to seeing what the future holds for The Shield as champions.

They are the only reason I have tuned into Raw the past 3 months so I'd hope so. Between several matches not being a stipulation match, the comedic strap match, the only world title match ending in a non finish, and instant replays the show sounds like it sucked. I haven't bought or seen a live WWE PPV in 9 years. I think the last one I got was Lesnar vs. Cena. Where Cena lost.

I expected it (though not without cheating), but I enjoyed it. Reigns and Rollins were definitely the right team to finally take the Tag Titles off of Team Hell No and it's also nice to see the U.S. Title on someone who seems to be on the up rather than a stuck mid-carder.

They put on 2 entertaining matches last night and for weeks they've been the reason I still watch RAW so I'm pretty happy that they all are Champions now.

Shame that the fact when one/all of them lose their belts its probably going to be the beginning of the end of The Shield
