Its a pretty tough question for me, since there have been so many great villains in comic history. Joker has always been a solid villain but I never really enjoyed him much, since there really is no LEGIT backstory for him. I felt like I could never connect much to him. Magneto is a better villain since he had a great backstory and you could just feel his pain. So Magneto wins it for me, what about you guys?

Well that's exactly why I love The Joker. He always keeps you guessing and you'll never guess what he'll do next. Not to mention his relationship with Batman can never be paralleled by any number of comic book characters past or present. So in my eyes, you truly can't get any better than The Joker considering he's always been a full fledged villain, while Magneto has become a hero in recent years.

I really like Joker because hes just chaotic and there's nothing to play against him.
I also like Magneto as he has a plan, complete opposite to Joker but its awesome when done right to see how everything falls into place and then you see how he laid out his plan like a chess game. I also like the way hes not really a true villain as some of his views and motives are arguably right and its what some people would believe in if mutants where real.
I always love Apocalypse, I'm a sucker for future apocalyptic worlds and hes just awesome when hes done right.
Venom is definitely my favourite Spidey villain, just the way hes almost like the opposite of Spider-Man and the symbiote is awesome anyway.
There's a lot of villains I like but couldn't tell you why, I just do. People like Sinister, Sauron (the green dinosaur one), Omega Red.
A lot of the time its down to the writing of them in the comic as well.

I don't really consider Magneto a true villain.
And I hope they never give the Joker a legit origin story. It's not needed at all.

Black Adam, Joker, Dr. Doom, Thanos, and Lex Luthor have always been my favorites. Joker is my favorite but I do think Black Adam is highly underrated. I've been kind of into comics my whole life and I'm just now starting to realize how much of a badass Black Adam is.

Joker and Bane. Joker is just awesome, there is nothing to hold him back, he doesn't care if he lives or dies he is so chaotic. Bane is pretty awesome to, I loved his origin story, plus he did break the batman and nearly broke Bruce Wayne.

Always found Juggernaut to be compelling, love his size and look/backstory, but hate how he's perceived as a 'B' villain all the time. Also love Apocalypse, just so many elements to his character, really cool armour too.
For Batman, I'm going to go Two-Face. He's just got endless possibilities of character development, which makes him a goldmine for stories.
