I'm very excited for the game v West Ham, can't sleep. Going for a 1-0 victory to us, either way, great occasion and it's nice to be a part of the Premier League.

I do think we can stay put in the Premier League!

What a result! To come from behind and win 3-1 is very nice.

Happy with point, away and new manager and with Norewhich having some good signings too. Delighted Barkley got a goal too.

Delighted with that. Welbz breaking his scoring record from last season already is great, and his finish for his second was sublime. RVP's second was just spectacular though. Wayne seemed understandably rusty but 2 assists in 30 minutes is great, with the second in particular being a great pass. Great for the footie to be back; huge test next week though. Hope Villa can get something off Chelsea or at least tire them out; don't think Hull stand a chance but would love to be proven wrong.

Football, it sure is great to have you back.
Cannot believe we've got underway with an away win. We were good defensivly, and probably benefitted playing Sunderland early on, before their new players have had much of a chance to gel together. Glad Kasami got a chance today. Want to see a lot more of Kerim Frei this season, as he was fantastic at the back end of the 11/12 campaign, but barely featured last season.
I also caught both televised games today. Liverpool v Stoke was actually a rather entertaining affair, incredibly. Really rated BT's coverage, as well. Not as good as Sky (nothing ever will be), but so far ahead of ESPN's it's ridiculous. I certainly did not see that coming from Manchester United. Van Persie was just on another level.

The Liverpool - Stoke game was great! I thought Liverpool played very well, hopefully they can keep it up. Would like to see them doing well. Add Willian and Suarez in September in that side and they could challenge for Fourth, certainly fifth. United were good. Swansea played some nice football, not sure 4-1 was fair but that's football. Michu and Bony will be fantastic and I expect The Swans to have a good season! RVP was great as always, Rooney's celebrations on the otherhand.. Love having the Premier League back! Chelsea tomorrow! Football, it sure is great to have you back. Football League! SPL! Scandinavian leagues.. Whatever else.. ;D

Football, it sure is great to have you back. Football League! SPL! Scandinavian leagues.. Whatever else.. ;D The Scottish league is one of the worst leagues in Europe and I just cannot get in to the Championship, or the lower divisions. Only interested in the Premier League, Serie A and the Bundesliga.

Not the best start for us yesterday but we came across a very good team who are organised and are full of Premier League experience. Would have been nice to get a result but home form is key to us. Plus Swansea got smashed which is nice.

Will take that today. Bobby off the mark in his first game, new signings looked decent. Happy days.

2-0 wasn't awful, we were very poor early on but picked up. Especially once Livermore and Huddlestone were introduced. Some positives. Look forward to Norwich

Thought Palace vs Spurs was a pretty bad game, bang average finishing from both teams. Mile Jedinak stood out by a mile though, nullifying the threat of both Lennon & Chadli and needless to say played out of his skin, looked like a proper Premier League footballer.
1st half of Chelsea vs Hull was great to watch. Allan McGregor summing himself up in about 30 minutes, a fantastic close range shot stopper but a complete bomb scare when facing long range shots, not taking anything away from Lampard's freekick though. 2nd half bored me to death.

Are you one of those Barclays guys who brings on the Barclays advertising hoarding where the players shake hands?
