I sort of think WWE is actively trying not to screw this up...
And I think he's going to be facing Cena sooner than later.
watch this weeks smackdown opening... the way it sounds... I think it was a test for Bryan.... and I think he passed...
hows this for a storyline -
Money in the Bank - Daniel Bryan wins over Kane, Orton, Jericho, CM Punk.
Summerslam - Bryan cashes in and beats Cena for the title
Night of Champions - Bryan keeps the title over Cena
Hell in a Cell - Bryan keeps the title over Kane in a hell in a cell
Survivor series - Bryan keeps the title over Orton
TLC - Bryan keeps the title in a TLC match over CM Punk
Royal Rumble - Bryan keeps the title over Curtis Axle
Elimination Chamber - Bryan keeps the title over Orton, Axle, Dean Ambrose, Ryback and Bray Wyatt
Wrestlemania - Bryan beats the Undertaker! in a Title vs Streak match
Extreme Rules - Bryan starts his heel turn beating Bray Wyatt but the Wyatts give him a beat down after the match
Payback - Bryan cheats to beat Punk in a steel cage Iron Man match
Bryan then says he will not face Punk "EVER AGAIN"
Money in the Bank - Bryan beats a now face Seth Rollins
CM Punk wins the WWE Title Money in the bank briefcase
Bryan continues his run as WWE Champion as a heel saying he is really the best in the world and not Punk.
As his run gets closer and closer to Punks 434 days as champion, Punk teases his cashing in the briefcase.
Bryan becomes paranoid about Punk cashing in the briefcase walking out on matches and leaves the arena on RAW and Smackdown immediately after other matches. Backstage promos show his growing denial and paranoia.
Hell in a Cell - Bryan beats Seth Rollins but before he is able to leave the cell, CM Punk cashes in.
CM Punk has Bryan beat when Bryan is saved..... by the Wyatts!
Bryan and the Wyatts for an alliance which runs thru Survivor series
Bryan loses the title sometime after...
I stopped reading there.
