My Demolition Smash was like that, and I've had DCUC figures by Mattel like that, too. I've not had that problem with WWE or DCUC, but Mattel's first 6" Batman line both Zipline Batman (and every Batman that used that sculpt) and Joker were both sculpted with one leg longer than the other.

I'm not happy at all right now. I just picked up WMXXX HBK and his left leg is shorter than his right. I'm going to get ahold of Mattel Monday and get this solved. It really pisses me off. When you pay 20+ bucks for a figure, this is not acceptable to me.

A lot of my basics are like this, and it is a reoccurring problem with some elites also.

I dunno man...lol All the HHH elites use the same legs, right? On most figures, like the one in the pic above, the legs have one muscle that kind of protrudes to the inside of the leg above the knee. I realised my Bryan one was wrong because his right leg had the muscle protruding on the outside of the leg.

Best way to even out bent legs are to bind them together using rubber bands in the area where the bend starts.

I think this is more common that most admit. It would have to do with the plastic temperture balance which would be causing warping or shrinkage. Not necessarily in production (though this may be the case) but more once they are out of factory.

I've gotten two. One came on a Elite (5?) Swagger and this new HBK. The Swagger was absurdly bad but it was actually the shin that was incorrect. The boots were all good but the left shin too short. I got it cheap on ebay to break and use for a custom I'm currently working on.
