maye they could do a chase set with the basics,if you can find the figure with the chase belt ,you get like a 1/1000 figure with a diecast plate belt of the WHC or WWE or IC,just like jakks did in 2009

I think that would just increase theft. Thieves ruin a lot of ideas probably!

Mattel can barely keep up with the demand for Elites as it is - I don't think they need to increase sales until they increase production.
If they were to start producing Elites in either larger numbers - or more frequently - then this would be a great idea.

Do elite figures need help with sales??? I was just thinking that as well. They pretty much fly off the shelves around here. Then you are lucky if you find a store with one figure on the pegs until the next series hits.

I would rather just see a belt pack as an online exclusive at RSC or Matty. Or at least more figs having the the tougher to find titles like the classic tag belts.

Are elite sales bad? In my area elites sell fast as hell....I mean yes we do have the occasional Orton, Mysterio or Cena that warms for a while, but they eventually sell.

Im just thinking, that is this could make Elite sell better, like the entire stock in a day, that the store would put in for another order. This could be a way to expand te shelf space for the WWE section aswell as elites. Hell, they could do a dull mystery belt for Basics too.

It was TTL 2, and it wasn't a mystery. You're remembering wrong. Most of the figures in the set had a world title, Shamrock had an IC title, and then two (probably the Outlaws?) had Tag belts. The mystery was if it was a chase "gold plated" belt in there.
