i cant find a board specifically for PC electronics so here it is.
my Laptop says that theres a problem with the cooling system and turn it off and return it for service.what should I do!!!!! respond ASAP!

Sounds like your fan has failed (they all do after awhile). If under warranty then return it. If not hopefully you have a mate who can switch out a laptop cooling fan.

crack it open and see if it's jammed,mine did that last week where the fan completely failed so I opened it and found a piece plastic jamming it.All fixed now.

can the fan be replaceable? If you can find the product number for it,it's usually located somewhere on the parts of the fan
