Just when I thought I would never get these after passing on them and Mattycollectors pretty much being a bust, RSC pulls through again. Got Bundy and AA, just wish they would have had Tully.

I just lost an auction for a DDP for almost $48 two days ago. I was even trying to place a bid for $55 at the last second but my Internet connection stalled. This makes my weekend.

Why would these show up at big lots? They're exclusives to Matty, not like they are the original legends or something

Why would these show up at big lots? They're exclusives to Matty, not like they are the original legends or something He-man and Ghostbusters stuff are also Matty Collector exclusives but the stuff they couldn't give away is currently showing up at Big Lots for way less. $120 Ghostbusters figures cost $30. These legends would fit into the can't giveaway category.

Except for Tully apparently since he "sold out" on Matty (via their terms) and then RSC stock of them sold out and now that RSC has gotten another shipment, there's still no Tully. Makes me wonder since every one of them has been available multiple times, except Tully if he really was that good of a seller.

I do not think you will see these at Big Lots no, this is probably the last of them and I think the reason they dont have Tully is because not many of them were made, it was the last one Matty did with Liz being moved to the elite line and with the others probably not selling well they didnt make many Tullys. Thats just my theory anyway. Ive been seeing matty collectior Masters of the Unvierse figs at all My local Big Lots stores. I wouldnt doubt it happening if there are enough. Considering RSC IS selling them this cheap, you have to assume there are lots of them available.

When I order these how can I talk to Ringside about making sure the cards have little to no damage?

I only want them for the belts but I'm not gonna spend $45+ when there is a chance they could pop up at Big Lots. I'd kick myself if I could find them for around $10. I don't mind spending almost $30 for DDP since I've been looking for him so long and he's my most wanted figure right now.

I guess anythings possible but the Master of the Universe line is a much, much bigger line for Matty with alot more product to have to get rid of and I think even the HeMan line might not be as strong as it used to be in terms of sales. RSC got Andre and Rockers last year and they didnt turn up anywhere else so I dont think the price RSC has for these really means anything, props to RSC for not gouging people on these though because they probably could of put at least DDP at 29.99 or higher and still sold them so a big thumbs up to RSC on these ones.

Mattel is notorious for doing that and pissing off their hardcore fanbase that spent way too much on Matty between the original price and their inflated shipping costs. They've done it with DC, He-Man, and Ghostbusters. I'm sure it will happen with WWE too.

I wish they just made the Brain busters a 2 Pack like The Rockers...

As a MOC collector, I just can't get over how stupid the King Kong Bundy figure looks by just saying "Bundy" on the packaging. I'm assuming Mattel ran into some copyright/trademark problems along the line. No other King Kong Bundy figure has ever had that problem. Not the ones that were released in the LJN line, not the ones from the Jakks Classic series, hell, not even the ones from Figures Inc. had problems over the King Kong Bundy name.
I wonder why Mattel ran into troubles and the other companies didn't.

possible they made less of Tully after evaluating the line. Possible, but they still have a bare minimum they have to make so even if they did the least amount they could, that's still a crap ton of figures and he's still sold out.
