WWE should really try to sign him, he is amazing in the ring. I would sign him and put him together with Evan Bourne, have Evan return with him as his partner and let them set the world on fire in the ring.

He's definitely exciting to watch and pretty decent on the mic, he has a good look and I really enjoyed his final run with TNA more than any of his previous runs.
I'd love to see him as Tag Team, IC or US champion. Ideally, I'd love to see him as CRUISERWEIGHT champion. Alas! This will never happen.
Anyway, my point is: yes. Hire Shelley.

I always thought of Alex Shelley as a "Chris Jericho" type wrestler too, in his personality and in his ring work. He could easily be a star in the WWE, I just don't think that time is now. Maybe in a few more years. The WWE has too many guys right now, if they brought in Shelley he would just get lost in the shuffle, and probably released within a year or two.

I think Shelley is great but if WWE is going to bring him in, they need a Cruiserweight division. Otherwise he would get lost in the shuffle.

Last I heard he was doing some time in Japan before being brought in by the WWE. I swear I read they had discussions and the offer was on the table. However, I don't know anything about Japanese wrestling but I know he's doing well over there so I'm guessing we won't see him, at least for a good while.
But yeah, he is one of my favourite wrestlers of all time. His run with Paparazzi Productions in TNA is what I'd attribute to getting me into wrestling years after I'd stopped watching.

I'm a fan, but who knows how well he would do if WWE had him. Great wrestler, great personality. The Paparazzi Productions thing he had going was some of the best comedy material I seen in wrestling.

Is he the one that everyone says looks like Ambrose or is that some other TNMMA wrestler?

Shelley is the man. I'm a massive Sabin fan, but of the two members of the Machine Guns, Shelley was the guy I saw as a future World Champion. Maybe he would have been had he stuck around. I think he's a total package guy, and he seems to have a ton of x factor. The only thing I don't like about Shelley is his selling. He has really theatrical selling and it's an acquired taste imo. Great look, awesome moveset and seems to have plenty of charisma. I would love to see him back on my TV in any capacity. I honestly would still love to see The Guns as a team in WWE. He could really be the centerpiece of a WWE Cruiserweight division if WWE ever did get that off the ground though.

Is he the one that everyone says looks like Ambrose or is that some other TNMMA wrestler? No, Alex Shelley is the guy with talent, unlike Ambrose But seriously, if Alex Shelley and Cody Rhodes were to have a kid, I think you would get Evan Bourne out of that DNA between the two.

I don't know how anyone could know John Moxley (I'd never heard of him till FCW) and not Shelley.

Is he the one that everyone says looks like Ambrose or is that some other TNMMA wrestler? Man, I don't want to make it seem like every post I make on here is calling out you or the Ryback fetish guy, but geez, give it a rest. Mox has been entertaining enough in WWE, but I think Alex Shelley has real "superstar" quality that Dean Ambrose, for my money, lacks; certainly as far as working babyface and heel. I think he's being smart by not coming to WWE straight away - I remember there being discussion about them being in talks, way back when the WWE Network was still going to be a "thing" and they were making a cruisers show. He could be something big, like people have aid, he's got a very Chris Jericho style quality to him.

Alex Shelley in WWE would be a win win for all involved, He would get the worldwide exposure that he enjoys, WWE add ANOTHER stud to their roster, and the fans can enjoy his amazing work. I for one would absolutely love it if he came to the WWE.
