Charlie Hunnam isn't even trying with his accent this season. He's got more cockney in his accent than Oliver Twist, lol

Anyone else catch what happened when the car ran down the gang banger? Everyone jumped out of the way except Juice. The car missed him by maybe a foot. I'm thinking he's got a death wish like Opie did. Yeah I caught that. Definitely think he's got a death wish.

Yeah, it has really been like that the entire time. It usually comes out whenever he yells, but even his normal voice is a hybrid accent from parts unknown. It doesn't really bother me personally. It's probably fair to say Hunnam has one foot out the door at this point but his accent in real life really isn't that heavy anymore because he's been in the US for like 15 years. He seems to be picking movie projects with Oscar caliber actors involved and I think he was smart to dropout of 50 Shades. He's young and spent 7 years doing a TV show, and he probably wants to do other sh*t. And Juice not moving is just more of his off the hinges shenanigans. At first I thought he didn't move because he thought the driver was a cop but really it was just more of the fallout from Chibs beating his ass imo. He's out of control and that's probably not good for anyone.

The look on the DA's face at the end of the conversation was great. She just became what she was out to destroy.

My favorite show on tv by far. I just started watching this season. I need to get seasons 1-5 off amazon. I can get 1-4 for 49.99 I'll probably pick them up around Christmas time when I have a little money to fool around with.

Probably one of my favorite episodes this season.
I love that Jax has finally found out the truth with Tara. This episode definitely made Gemma out to be a sympathetic character and I found myself rooting for her over Tara. I was excited after her visit to the hospital and finding out Tara was never pregnant.
Curious where they're going with that girl and her "dead" mom who was seen digging through the dumpster at the end of the episode.
And Clay, lol.

I'm pretty sure the homeless lady doesn't exist. She's ambiguous and I think she will continue to be some sort of sign or spiritual presence of what is happening during the story. Yeah, she has a face now, but is it because Jax manifested her to be that face due to his own guilt over what Clay did to JT? Also, Jax and Gemma are the only two people who have ever actually acknowledged her on-screen. So until someone else acknowledges her, in like a normal everyday situation when something dramatic isn't going on, I'm going to continue to assume she's a symbol for when one of the Tellers is at a life crossroads.
I still don't think Jax will kill Tara. I'm not surprised he would take the babies but I just don't think he can kill her, especially since he just spent two episodes telling her he wanted back into her heart essentially. I think Jax will be mad but at some point he'll try to reason with her. It seems more likely to me that Tara would kill herself before Jax would kill her. Everything is about to spiral out of control over these last few episodes so I guess it really depends on the fallout with the Irish and then who inevitably gets hurt in that crossfire I guess.
Jax cut the right deal with the DA, but it comes down to him being able to pull it off. Gaalan seems like a guy who needs to end up more dead than he does in handcuffs. Let's not forget how Clay plays into all of this once he is out of jail. I think we see more conflict between Nero and Clay in that regard, since Clay seemed to genuinely want to reconcile with Jax and especially Gemma. I think it's interesting that Nero actually knows Gemma is the puppet master now. So I'm wondering if that changes their relationship at all or if they continue down that path with each other. Nero is seemingly a pretty great guy, and that makes me nervous for him.
I loved this episode. This season has been a slow burn, but I think we are starting to see it pull together. This reminds me of Season 3 where I was essentially like "come on, something has to happen" and now something is about to happen. I think the difference being that I've enjoyed the "moving parts" of this season more than I did in season 3 because of how the characters have developed. I like that we are getting back to the IRA story though because the MC as a group has taken a back seat to the Teller family drama, especially with last nights episode. Again, I loved the episode, but we got zero development from any of the other members because of it.

I never noticed this homeless lady until this weeks episode and I've been watching since day 1.
Has she been on before or something?

In what kind of contexts? Just in the background or scenes similar to last night? I've never really noticed and I've never missed an episode.

gemma gave her money in season 1, jax returns a blanket to her in the cemetery in the season 1 finale, gemma sees her twice in season 2, in season 3 when jax is following the parents who adopted abel in ireland she's seen again, she's in the park when tara is almost kidnapped, and she's seen again in the season 5 finale, and then finally last night.
