Yeah, I agree that figure isnt worth $20, but most of the Suicide Squad figures werent that bad. Its the Wonder Woman and a lot of the Justice League Multiverse figures (Superman, Cyborg, etc) that werent up to par, especially with the articulation. I'll agree to disagree then. These are hideous figures. Even more so when you compare them to some of the gorgeous comic figures they've produced. I can agree that they aren’t $20 figures and most of them are hideous. But that’s why the few I have I spent less than $8 on them. Don’t want them badly but will throw a few bucks at them.

I don’t remember if I posted this or not, but I picked this Jakks 20” Batman figure up at TRU last week.

I've been waiting a few years for a 6" Lynda Carter Wonder Woman! "A small shot of some new Mattel figures has dropped showing off 3 new “Premium Multiverse” style figures. Possibly titled “World’s Greatest” and separate from the Multiverse line – the three figures shown are a Linda Carter Wonder Woman, 90’s Television Flash, and Val Kilmer Batman from Batman Forever. Based on the info we have, they’ll be 6 Inch, have extra hands, accessories, a display base with scenic background. Paint apps look more detailed than standard Multiverse fare and articulation looks solid. They’re said to retail for $30 USD. All of this comes from They’re Action Figures with no additional source so stay tuned as things are confirmed." news.toyark.com/2018/01/08/mattel-premium-multiverse-figures-incoming-282216Awesome Mattel. We have to pay extra to get the paint apps you should be putting on the regular retail figures? Yeah, no. Lynda will probably sell well (if they get the likeness down, which, you know...it's Mattel, so who knows), but are people really going to beat down the doors to pay an extra 10 bucks for Val Kilmer Batman and John Wesley Shipp Flash? Shipp Flash and Kilmer Bats is the only ones I would get.

Meanwhile back at the Hall of Justice... I want to love this figure, but I can't help but mentally moan that all Mattel had to do was give him blue eyes and Superman's spit curl hair painted yellow to make this figure perfect. They added such a great detail with the scaling and color palette, but they dropped the ball on the head.

I would like a company to make a Batman series based off the Telltale games. Especially their version of The Penguin. I love that game series.

I had gotten an Amazon gift card for Christmas so I used it for Part 2 of the Telltale series. It arrived yesterday...I like that it lets you continue off what we did in game one. I played the first part of chapter this morning. Hopefully later today when my brother-in-law gets here to watch my father-in-law I will be able to continue. But I have to watch him from 10-3 today because my wife is taking or daughter and my mother-in-law to the city to watch Anastasia on Broadway.

Urgh I’ve wanted a Kilmer Batman figure for forever and sadly it’s Mattel making it. And at $30 a pop too. I’ll still grab it since it’s the first figure of him since the movie’s initial release 23 years ago but will pass on the others unless they get clearanced.
Just wish NECA or Figuarts would be willing to tackle Batman Forever. The panther suit is my favorite from the ‘89-97 run. Hell I’d grab a Clooney Batman from them as well.

I went to 5 Below today and I found the Lego Polybag The Lego Batman Movie Batmobile for $5. I missed out on it the first time around at Walmart when they had them last year. I never thought I would see that Lego at retail again

Will definitely buy the Kilmer Batman. I hope he comes with an unmasked head.
I would be all in on buying 6" versions of the 90s movie figures. Definitely the trio from Returns that we got in the 3.75" scale. It's tragic they won't just let NECA scale down Penguin and Catwoman so we can have those to go along with the Keaton Bats.

Still trying to track down Wonder Girl. Love that Dr Psycho figure Any word on any more future Superfriends releases? I think its just those 4, but I dont think Batman and Green Lantern was ever released in US retail stores. One of the later DCUC waves was Super Friends heavy with Black Vulcan, Samurai, El Dorado and an Apache Chief CNC.

Nivro picked them up for me at his WalMart and the day they arrived in the mail my wife found them at ours. lol
