After a recent, rather major reshuffling and expansion, I thought I'd share a pic of my superhero figure collection: Most of the characters should be visible but a few are a little hard to see from this angle (e.g. Kingpin and Ra's Al Ghul) so I'll list the characters (Marvel are in bold): VILLAINS SHELF (LEFT-RIGHT): Sentinel, Red Skull, Lizard, Green Goblin, Vulture, Venom, Scorpion, Dr. Octopus, Rhino, Shocker, Mystique, Kingpin, Morbius, Magneto, Juggernaut, Toad, Sabretooth, Pyro, Quicksilver, Lady Deathstrike, Archangel, Lex Luthor, Ra's Al Ghul, Bane, Scarecrow, Mr. Freeze, Joker, Harley Quinn, Mr. Sinister, ApocalypseHEROES SHELF (LEFT-RIGHT): Spider-man, Blade, Iron Man, Captain America, Puck, Vindicator, Jubilee, Phoenix, Jean Grey, Forge, Nightcrawler, Iceman, Bishop, Cyclops, Angel, Professor X, Beast, Wolverine, Storm, Gambit, Colossus, Rogue, Clark Kent [statue], Banshee, Superman, The Hulk, Batman [statue] Also currently missing from the shelves due to undergoing customizing work are: Catwoman (broken leg), Judge Dredd (repainting yellow details in gold), and Morph from X-men (head sculpting and painting). I'd like to replace my movie Jean Grey with the Marvel Legends Jim Lee version, but I missed it when it came out and can't afford the current prices. NICE!!!

Gladiator, Groot, and Rocket came today. Cool figs, especially Groot. He's HUGE, and currently one of my favorite figures. Which Groot? The baf, 5-pack, or is there another?

Picked up Cottonmouth on Hasbro Toy Shop's eBay page for $9.99. They have free shipping for orders over $14.99 so I got my daughter a play-doh set. Glad to be finished with another BAF!
Also, Target had the Spidey/Ironman/Cap 3 pack for $17.99 clearance. Hindsight 20/20 prolly should have picked it up, but passed lol.

Seems to be the GotG 5 pack. He's really awesome. @3nwpro -- He's not bad. Leg is a bit loose, but not awful. For not being big into the cosmic characters, I sure have picked up quite a few. And rare ones, at that.

Mine was the SDCC Luke Cage. Had a chance to get it for 45 on Ebay and I passed on it.....bah!!!!! Surely to God we get a new Cage soon?

ML Jean Grey (Jim Lee style), I missed it when it came out and the prices now are ridiculous I was seriously glad I got that one when I did........my god the prices on that are ludicrous now. Another I regret is Hasbros Archangel....man I wish I had bitten on that one...... Part of the problem was that I've never really liked the Jim Lee costume for Jean Grey. Growing up watching the 1992 X-men cartoon, generally I'm Jim Lee costume fan. But I always hated her Jim Lee costume for some reason, and so I hesitated on getting the figure. Also because the figure doesn't have a ponytail was another minor reason. But now I'm kicking myself because really her Jim Lee costume is by far the one I remember best, even if I'm not really a fan of the look. And if we get any other Jean Grey ML figures (which is doubtful) I'm not even sure what other look I would prefer anyway. I guess maybe New X-men style would be OK, but then most of my other X-men are Jim Lee style anyway so I dunno. For now my choice is to either stick with a very out of place X-men movie Jean or pay a ridiculous price to get the ML. At the moment I'm opting for the former. I am lucky enough to own the Hasbro Archangel though, and it is indeed a very good figure. My only complaint is the wings should have been metallic silver instead of grey. I repainted mine and it looks so much better.

My regret is I had about 90% of everything Hasbro and toybiz released prior to the tru x-wave and sold it cheap when I was having money issues. Not getting all that back unless I hit the lottery.

I'm sure there's more but that stupid Superior Venom comes to mind. I didn't even want it for the figure and thought he'd warm shelves with people like Kraven and Chameleon in the line. Wrong. Now I'm struggling to even find the BAF piece for Rhino at a decent price. lol

PJ I thought about grabbing Black Widow, but ill just stick to Legends. Would be cool if they did a Thor so people could have the 4 main guys I almost purchased her also, but decided to just get Captain America. I still need to get the Captain America with motorcycle set. (With Marvel I don't pass on Captain America, Falcon, Punisher and DareDevil) I picked up the motorcycle set today. Captain America is larger than the basic figure. And has hips like Mattel's Total Heroes and knees joints (hinge and swivels) unlike the basic figure. Seriously this Captain America makes me feel that if the 5" BvS figures kept the Total Heroes articulation the prototypes had they would have been so much better than the figures we got.

I remember the prototypes looked really nice with the Total Heroes styled articulation only to be really disappointed when I found the series 1 figures. Especially when the back of the box or Big Bad still had been using the original prototype pics.

Didnt want the baf piece because i had no intention to build rhino. Made a deal on here to trade, sent it away, and never heard frm the guy again.

So has anyone purchased any of those new smaller less articulated Avengers figures? I picked up the Captain America. With the exception of the no knee articulation this is what I wish the Batman vs Superman 5" line was designed like. I haven't seen these yet, I have seen someone review a 5" cartoon Black Widow, is she in this set/series? And what series are they currently on?
