Can you tell me if they stream Modern Family? I was excited to see USA start airing reruns, but they have been jumping around in different seasons & not staying in order. I thought I heard they weren't showing it in the past, but didn't know if things changed with other networks showing it. Plus, their website is garbage & only gives you a handful of titles listed. So any help would be much appreciated.

In before Lock.
I dont understand how Netflix expects people to sign up when they dont let you view a catalog list in advance to paying.

I agree; earlier today I was trying to figure out if a show was on Netflix, and couldn't believe there was no way to do that on their site without signing up. Of course, I quickly found InstantWatcher, but you shouldn't have to waste your time looking for another site to find something that should be readily available through Netflix.

I was going to sign up for Netflix a while back because someone had told me King of the Hill is on there. I went on there website and had no way to confirm if King of the Hill was on there or not so I did not sign up. Just seeing how they make something as simple as previewing a menu of shows be so wrong made me think it's prob not a good idea to get netflix.

Why would this get locked...? I thought it would cause the OP asked for the thread to be locked in his post.

We're on a discussion forum. Might as well encourage people to discuss things!

You know it used to have king of the hill but I guarantee they took it off. I wanted to watch some funny cartoons the other day and They took off South Park, ren and stimpy, all the old nickelodeon cartoons. God knows what else they took off. I remember when I first got Netflix they had the entire series of beavis and butthead. They then changed it to like 6 episodes. Then it disappears completely. Wtf netflix.

While we are on the subject of Netflix, what's with the focus on TV Shows? I keep Netflix for WWE content, documentaries and stand up comedy, but I feel like they've moved to a really weak movie selection for the most part. I don't know if that is in an effort to focus on TV shows because they are just more popular on Netflix or if they are trying to still get people to do the mail away discs, but I find it annoying that any time I go to look up a movie I might want to watch, that it's only available outside of the streaming service. True Lies, Dick Tracy, and Beastmaster all come to mind of stuff I've searched for recently and none of it is available. I believe all 3 are available on their mailing service.
I dropped the mailing service over two years ago now because it's just not convenient for anyone with a schedule and it's ridiculous to let it sit at my house for a month before I finally decide I'm in the mood to watch it, which is why the streaming service is superior in every way besides selection. I always check the movie new releases though and it's usually disappointing. Their TV Show selection is incredible and I've even used it to go back and watch Firefly, Buffy, Dollhouse, Breaking Bad, Archer and the League, but I do feel there is a total lack of effort in the movie department.
I also didn't realize you couldn't view content on Netflix without an account. That's pretty crazy and just an overall bad way to market to new users. Netflix has made some interesting business moves in the last few years. I think they moved in the right direction but I think they've managed to piss of a fair share of users in the process because of a poor marketing approach. Now with Red Box, Hulu, Amazon, and cable and satellite providers, the competition has really caught up on the edge I think Netflix had jumping out of the gate.

I'm surprised KOTH was taken down. It had been up for years.

Everything else you mentioned is legit competition for Netflix though.
