I just got this feeling that when Daniel Bryan does win the WWE Title for real, the fans will go "aaahhh... yay..??" cause they will be thinking that something will happen to take the belt off of him again. This is one example of the WWE not taking advantage of striking the iron while it's hot. I am beginning to sense the WWE is going to make it evident as to who's going to win the 2014 Royal Rumble. At this juncture, I can see the WWE having Daniel Bryan chase for the title till WrestleMania XXX. DB is OUT of the title picture. And he will NOT be winning the Rumble.

I based my post merely on speculation created by the "dirtsheets." I do recall some of the wrtiers saying how Daniel Bryan is being penciled in to win the Royal Rumble and yadda, yadda, yadda. After the events of RAW last night, its evident that Daniel Bryan indeed out of the title picture for now. Could he be reinserted into it? Only time can tell.

But NOT for WM. Cena/Orton WM. If they dont unify the belts....I could see DB in the World Title hunt.

WWE doesn't care what their fans think, the WWE cares about what THEY think and what THEY want....and you'll like it. They don't care about making new stars. They don't care about protecting the future.
They care about Randy Orton & John Cena. That is this generations Rock & Austin. Everything the WWE does in storylines is to eventually try and make both of those guys be superhuman, ultra popular, legends of the business. It's why they've both had a combined 2563 title reigns, they are ALWAYS in main events, they rarely lose matches, and have come out on top of I think every major feud they have been involved in for the last 6-7 years (aside from when they were feuding with each other) They kinda care about Big Show, they kinda care about CM Punk, and also Sheamus & Del Rio. They don't really care about Bryan or the Shield, or Cody or Ziggler. They just know that people like to see those guys so they have no issues putting them out to showcase their talents.
In the end, until they retire or just simply can't "go" anymore....John Cena & Randy Orton are going to be the only 2 guys this company truly cares about and tries to build itself around. They (the WWE) don't WANT Daniel Bryan "taking over" John Cena's spot. Because John Cena hasn't given them a reason to remove him from that spot. Until people stop buying his merch, stop asking to meet him, stop reacting to him all together, no one is taking that spot no matter how loud the crowds will cheer.
And besides...for all the bitching and moaning that a large portion of their fans (myself included) do, they dont stop watching or buying or talking or social media-ing. So why change it?

Okay so there are people on here who think that the WWE will never reinsert Daniel Bryan into the title picture but think that they will unify the title. Remember when they didn't reinsert Punk into the title in 2011? No? Me neither.

jeez...why can't most of you get lost in the fantasy of wrestling anymore? you're so fickle...bryan is supposed to be an underdog. if you cant see the black hart owen hart in bryan, u really need to lighten up. owen was battling heel hbk and hhh all by himself at one point. wolverine benoit was the same way in 2004 battling evolution. think outside the box for a change.

He'll be fine. Punk has been in and out of the title picture for years. Bryan will get his good run with the title eventually. Yep. You guys are so dramatic.

Punk won the title at MITB, defended it at SummerSlam and was out of the title picture for Night Of Champions & Vengeance that year afterwards. He was pretty much put into the Cell match to take the pin so that Del Rio & Cena could have their match. Punk went on to have a historic WWE Title reign.
If you REALLY think the WWE doesn't believe in Bryan, then why would they give him the title TWICE? I get it, he held it for less than 24 hours combined but he is in the history books as a 2x WWE Champion. Why would they do that for someone they don't believe in?
He will be back in the title picture.

Bryan finally winning at Survivor Series wouldn't be as good as him beating Punk in the main event of WM30 after winning the Rumble. From there he could hold onto the Title for the rest of the year.

WWE didn't turn Shawn Michaels heel on Yoshi Tatsu, did they? I can understand people being butthurt that their favourite lost again, but you'd have to be insane to think that Daniel Bryan isn't a big priority in WWE right now.

Those would be awful matches. I hate that nothing makes any sense in WWE at the moment.

And then we wonder why we believe WWE doesn't think much of us.
I'm hoping you realize that a title isn't the defining moment for a wrestler. They are setting up a Triple H / Daniel Bryan Wrestlemania. At the contract signing, Hunter made it clear that he will never fight a B+ wrestler. Well, with Bryan and HBK going to feud, Bryan will get the victory, and propel himself into a situation where Triple H will have to either fight or flee at Wrestlemania. Beating Triple H is just like winning the WWE Title. In fact, it will probably be a main event position.

My dream idea is that Cena and Orton will keep their respected titles until WrestleMania 30 and then to mark the event and make it even more special they will have a championship vs championship unification match.
Meanwhile, Daniel Bryan wins the Royal Rumble and enters the match making it a Triple Threat.
Daniel Bryan defeats both Randy Orton and John Cena in the same night to unify the Championships.
Meanwhile Jericho makes comments on twitter about how Bryan is a Jericho wannabe...

Come on, back then, you had to wait months for the payoff to come. I bet in 2011, the same people thinking Bryan was through were the same people thinking Punk was through. And then he ended up with the longest WWE Championship reign in the Modern Era.
Fans want to see their favorite wrestler get the brass ring too soon. Chances are Bryan wouldn't be nearly as hot if things went the way people here envisioned it. Then, the crowd might even get bored with Bryan. There's probably a method to the madness here. We can't say it's over until we know for sure what WWE has planned. The best part about being scripted is that you can still surprise people whenever you want.

Daniel Bryan is now reportedly out of the WWE Title picture following Monday’s edition of Raw. WWE hit the “reset” button on many storylines this week, and Bryan is one of the Superstars who will be changing storylines.
Reportedly, there have been discussions about having Bryan back in the WWE Championship picture heading back into WrestleMania. For now, he will be involved with The Wyatt Family and CM Punk. WWE is said to feel that they have made Bryan into a star over the last several months, which shows he can hang with the top stars in the company. Apparently, the idea is that Bryan could be re-inserted into the storyline with The Authority, Stephanie McMahon, and Triple H if WWE wants.
For the WWE Championship, it looks like Randy Orton will now be feuding with Big Show.
