Its nothing. The tag for Elites at my Walmart says Drew McIntyre. The tag represents the figure they scanned to get the price. Thats probably a tag from E17

So what some guy just walked up to walmart service desk with 3 HHHs and no receipt and they just took the figures and went out of their way to add this specifically in their system at this one store? Yes. It doesn't take much to add something to the system. You scan it, name it, and hit accept. The Service Desk person scanned it, it came up "Item Not Found" she had to assign it to Dept. 7 (Toys) and name it "Triple H" and it was done before the price changes of the Elites, and since it isn't cross referenced under the Elites it's still marked $16.97. Jesus Christ some people in here are acting ridiculous, not everything is a conspiracy theory. Alright man damn it's not a common sence thing here and you're acting all high and mighty because you work at a Walmart.( it's not something to brag about) . With the anticipation of the release of mankind and me finding a crapton of these pegs in Walmart it only made sence. Then we see HHH exclusive in walmarts. Not everyone's in the loop with that horrid company, so everyone dosent know how it works. Who woulda thought that the pegs were an accidental print of something that's still in to heir system from over a year ago? Who woulda thought that Walmart just blindly accepts anything that someone walks to the desk with and puts it in their system. Because Ive tried to return figsand video games at Walmart before without receipt and they looked at me like I had 16 heads.

Everyone loves to flip their wig over something that's really not a huge deal.

Because it is suh a weird coincidence, and just so strange that Walmart does the things they do. Not everyone is as cynical as you and just blows everything off as "meh the store probably ed up" when did it become such a crime to get excited over somethjng?!?

I could see those Triple H's being returned(you can clearly see the smudges from the Toy R us sticker) ...some guy found a set he wanted at walmart. Spent some money at Toys R us got the 3 free figures and returned them to walmart for the credit to buy the rest of the stuff he wanted at wal-mart. A lot of leg work, but e moral people are dumb like that.

You're going to try to insult me, only because I'm trying to help you so that you don't get your hopes up? I'm not saying what I'm saying because I want to make you feel like an idiot, I said this so you realize that it's not gonna happen.

Well the excitement was fine at first, but when a great number of people say their Wal-Marts are like that, then a guy that works at Wal-Mart explains the situation entirely and you say "idk man" because I guess you know more about Wal-Mart than a guy that works at Wal-Mart and go about being excited, and when he continues to try and explain to you it's a mistake you attack him for trying to explain the situation to you and make fun of his job? Yeah, I'm the cynic in this. It's not "blowing off as meh the store probably ed up" when a lot of people say they've seen it and it's an error, including a dude that works at the store in question.

Let me shed some light on this from a retailer's side of things. My girlfriend works in a industry that sells products to every big box store imaginable (Wal*Mart, Target, Home Depot, Starbucks, Dick's, Cabela's, Bass Pro Shop, Walgreens, Sam's, Costco, ect, ect). Her company has a "standard" line which is pitched to pretty much every store and then have exclusive's that are pitched to individual stores. Wal*Mart and Target are by far the pickiest when it comes to the exclusives. They want products that they only can have and are specifically designed for them. I find it highly unlikely Wal*Mart would take an exclusive that wasn't originally intended for their store. This is where the TJ Maxx's, Ross's and Marshall's of the world come into play. If this Mankind doesn't make it to TRU for whatever reason, it'll most likely make it's way to one of those stores, or RSC, or never see the light of day. All of Wal*Mart's exclusives like the Holiday Ring combo, T-shirt figures, those were decided months and months ago (In my girlfriend's case, her company just sold items to Wal*Mart for their 2014 holiday line which is 13+ months away). Wal*Mart doesn't just buy overstock on whim. Everything they do is calculated and well thought out in advance to earn the most profit possible.
