www.wwe.com/videos/playlists/triple-h-exclusive-interviews-with-michael-coleAll I can think of is all of you guys whining after last weeks raw like "Kane just waks out in a suit, no explanation, his gimmick is ruined whaaaaa" it really pisses me off because RUSHED story's always SUCK. Long, drug out, intricate, planned ahead storylines always end up being GREAT. What did you all want Kane to walk out at the end of raw during a match and tell his whole story right then and there. What the fun would that be? Given time this could be one of the best character changes we have seen. I know ADD plagues most of today's youth but PLEASE try to be patient.

Awful. So, Kane's new gimmick is a Wall Street businessman who loses his cool when he's under a lot of stress from work. Stellar stuff. I mean, how did they ever come up with that one?

I loved that. I found the "no"'s funny and I think that they have progressed the character by explaining it here. It is obvious from this that Kane will manage to pull off this gimmick and hopefully make a great success out of it.

I try to give gimmicks at least 3 to 4 weeks before judging. I've enjoyed "Mr. Kane" thus far. But that's just me. Is it an innovative gimmick? Not really. But I'm willing to see what Kane can do with it, as I've enjoyed him up to this point in his career.
Plus I'd like to remind everyone that we have a tag team of matadors, overly conservative Americans (one of which isn't actually American), a wrestler who's "skills" in the ring revolve being able to dance, and a little person that runs around with a giant who was previously involved with a woman, who was shown marrying another guy on another WWE show, and is now randomly with said guy.
In other words, if your ability to enjoy pro wrestling hinges on logic, you may want to go elsewhere.

I wanted Kane to do more than throw chairs to them.

I'm enjoying Corporate Kane so far. A drastic change in character and appearance for him was needed. He's been more or less the same for his entire run as Kane, with or without a mask. Even though there's always been a supernatural element to him, there's nothing sacred about that anymore and the mystique of Kane hasn't been there for a long, long time, so it's not like him in a suit and tie is jumping the shark. (It's a whole lot less silly than him doing the Santino trombone march around the ring.) One thing this video does though is remind me of how much the word 'monster' is overused in the wrestling lexicon. It's been used to describe so many different people and characters over the years that it doesn't really hold any special meaning or value anymore, so I didn't care so much for him snapping at Cole talking about the 'monster is still inside', or whatever.
Although as much as I like the character change, I feel like Kane answering the questions with 'no' is more or less their way of saying that we won't be getting a legit reason, which is pretty disappointing. But just thinking out loud, it could be interesting if the long-term reasoning for this was a long con of sorts; where Kane was abducted by the Wyatts and written off for a while, a plan could have been hatched to use Kane to infiltrate The Authority in an effort to 'bring down the machine' from the inside, so to speak. Gives a bit of meaning to Bray saying, 'the devil made me do it' when he attacked Bryan. But I think that's putting way too much thought into something that probably means absolutely nothing, other than something fancy and cryptic for Bray to say.

I love this change for Kane, so unusual and different for him. He gets stale really easily and this change for his character is needed.

I think this new gimmick for Kane is cool. He's a big libertarian outside of wrestling, so I'm sure he likes having a kind of a political character.
And for all of the people whining about how "the character is ruined," look at Undertaker. He's had a ton of gimmick changes. I'm pretty sure not many questions were asked when Taker came back as the dead man after being the American Badass for years.
