Oh man.... I was really hoping from the original photos that these were 4" figures, I would have bought them all.... these pics have destroyed that idea. How come these weren't displayed at RSF? I might actually buy these.... when they turn up cheap at Big Lots. Finally we have a Cena headscan that we can make a Mel Gibson custom with..... My kid's five years old - he LOVES playing with Basics & Elites.... I don't notice him playing with any of the few "FlexForce" figures he has - I don't think he likes the strange articulation.

The only good things are the well painted Punk headscan and the new sculpted kickpads. Wish they'd use them on Elite figures from now on. Besides that, these are horrible.

These are worse than I thought they'd be. Kinda relieved cuz at least I won't have to allot money for yet another new line like I will be for the slam city figs.

I very well may pick up Punk & Orton for head swaps. Then give the figures to my son. You know they're not new head scans, right?

Bill and MDT spend their time inventing this CRAP and he can't even be bothered to think about putting the Steiner Brothers, Windham, or T.A. into Flashbacks?!@!!

I've really longed for wrestling figures that feature leg squeeze technology, kinda reminds me of my Ghostbusters Egon figure that would see his eyes and tongue pop out when using this amazing action feature.
I'm also a huge fan of Ortons hip thrust action. I feel it will serve a distinct purpose in many collections and Feds.

So are we going to get actual belts with these or are they really just a type of cardboard?

Did they ever state the size of these figures? If you look at the pics of the person holding the figure it looks larger than a basic figure, maybe that's why they are called "Super" Strikers.

You know they're not new head scans, right? Never seen that punk scan before Looks like basic 33. They did the same thing on this one in terms of painting the chin because as you can see, there's no beard hair sculpted on to the actual chin.

Since Mattel decided to resurrect Flex Force under a different name, why don't they give us Defining Moments or a Legends series under a different name. I don't care what they call it, just give me a Greg Valentine, red L.O.D, and Natural Disasters set. Oh, and Powers of Pain also.

They're called Flashbacks. Complete series dedicated to only legends, not included in the elite series. With different carding.

Mattel's mantra from the outset was "no never" followed closely by " never again", so why the hell is flexforce back but with even less articulation?
Every time Mattel breaks a "no never" rule, the results have been great for them: current roster guys in legends form and basic figures in entrance gear coming to mind. Flashbacks are doing incredibly well because they have the right algorithm and character selection now, which was what the first legends line lacked.
So what's my point? Legends have something better going for them, AMD that seems to be a better reason for resurrecting them over flexforce. Not saying the legends line should happen, but that it at least has logic and reason behind it. Cutting articulation and making the paint apps worse on flexforce doesn't make a damn bit of sense.

Since Mattel decided to resurrect Flex Force under a different name, why don't they give us Defining Moments or a Legends series under a different name. Because retailers don't want them. Mattel can't just magic up an outlet for legends figures - they tried that with MattyCollector and people still didn't buy 'em. When they launch a new line, it's because retailers want them to. When they cancel a line, it's because retailers don't want it.
