Looking for suggestions on the most efficient way to display my MOC Mattels? I recently put several shelves up in my basement to display my figures (I have about 21 loose and 14 MOC). Currently, I have about 5 MOC figures in the 'back' of one shelf, with about 10 loose figures displayed in front of the MOC. On the second shelf, I have the same type of setup (I'll post some pics of my current setup shortly). I recently have thought about collecting only MOC, but have one huge potential problem that could stop me from doing so and that is the amount of space they take up to display. So that leads to my question - does anyone have a good idea or suggestions for the best way to display MOC Mattels so that they:
1. Do not block any figure - I'm ok with blocking part of the box, just not the figure and, preferably, the image on the card. 2. Take up as little space as possible without looking too cluttered/crammed/junky 3. Does not have to be on shelves but am not a huge fan of stands that begin on the floor. I am going for a more elevated approach so that these are not easily touched by little kids.
Any thoughts or photos would be appreciated.

I just recently I started wall mounting mine - all you need are those command hooks and some wall space and you're good to go!

I hang mine on the wall with the command hooks. Though I'm starting to run out of wall space in my room

Hanging them in my room when I bring over the ladies is the worst before we even had "the talk"... My display is too much to handle all at once I feel.

I just recently I started wall mounting mine - all you need are those command hooks and some wall space and you're good to go! This is what I do, have been doing it for years. Every now and again, one takes a dive off the wall, but no biggy, I just put that sucka back up and away we go. Ill post pics in the coming days of my updated set up... Not as good as it was in the old days but pretty good considering the room I have.

It's weird actually, I've had quite a bit of trouble getting mine to stay (granted, we've had some HOT days the last week or so), so I am contemplating replacing them with picture hooks as they fall. That way I'll be able to hang some heavier figures(or battle packs) if/when I decide to change up who I display and won't have to worry about them falling again

I've never had one fall and I've got my elites, basics, superman, tmnt all hanging from the command hooks. I use the 500gram ones. Have u tried whiling down the walls before hanging them?

Have u tried whiling down the walls before hanging them? Oh man, I have tried EVERYTHING! I washed the walls down, I even scraped at it with steel wool to rough it up a little to help it stick. Nothing! A lot of them are holding but I've had about a third fall down so far so I'm predicting more will fall over time.

I use the clear ones. I have only had it happen maybe 4 times in like 8 months so it rare, and always CS duluxe figures, and they are heavy figures so it makes sense. I thought about picture hooks but we are renting at the moment so can't go put a bunch oh wholes in the walls. LOL

I hang mine on nails hammered into the wall, works far better than any hooks for me anyhow.

Here are some of mine hanging on the wall. This is what I want to do with mine, but I live in a rented house. Not sure the landlord would be to impressed if I put 20 pin holes in the wall.
