I think you're completely overselling this entire episode because the ending was spectacular. Well then I'll specify. I thought Santino and Sandow was hilarious and fun. The divas match was short, to the point, and furthered the story without fluffy and 10 minutes of useless nothings bouncing around to promote the E! show. I like the attention that what's his name is getting and seeing Brodus be mean is flushing him out, which I enjoy. The crowd was excellent.Punk vs. Ambrose getting a "THIS IS AWESOME!" chant was great, and those two killed it. Can't wait to see Reigns (most likely) walk out on them at TLC. Bryan vs. Fandango started the show with a bang. The end sequence was incredible. Just my opinion. gotta love seattle crowds for any event, but especially when they are behind D-Bry

Well, looks like No won by a landslide.
The end of the show was really fun and exciting, like the WWE should be. But there was so much other stuff before it.

Maybe the best ending, but not the best RAW.

And the most important bit of all...there was a lot of WRESTLING on this show. How often does that happen these days? It happens every single show. Have you just stepped out of a time machine from 1998? I should have elaborated. More wrestling than normal and no pointless comedy segments. Sure, only a handful of the matches continued anything along but I guess I am a little old fashioned in that I prefer actual wrestling to the fluff that goes with it.

Again, unless you've just stepped out of a time machine from 1998, the amount of wrestling on the show this week was nothing out of the ordinary. Raw every week is full of wrestling matches that don't matter, where nobody cares who wins and loses, and the same match is going to happen another ten times in the next month anyway.

I really wish they would have either thrown Reigns or Rollins against Punk... We just had Ambrose/Punk on Friday (right?), it doesn't really make Punk look any better and it just takes Ambrose down a peg loosing twice like that.

I haven't been able to watch a full Raw in a few months for various reasons. It just felt like more than usual to me. As I said, there were no useless comedy segments or any other fluff either, which I like, which was my point, but you were content on taking it out of context.

I haven't been able to watch a full Raw in a few months for various reasons. It was silly to talk like you knew what Raw was like then. Based on not usually watching it, sure, I guess. But for someone who watches it every week, nope, it didn't. I didn't take anything out of context. In fact, this show probably had more "useless comedy segments and fluff" than most weeks because of the awards gimmick between the matches. Point is, going into a thread discussing current-day Raw and saying "there was a lot of WRESTLING on this show. How often does that happen these days?" is like going into a thread discussing John Cena and saying "Cena actually WON on this PPV. How often does that happen these days?"

How often does that happen these days? Also, to those upset about the Slammy winners and thinking it was rigged, I don't see how it could have been. The voting was done on the app and everyone here apparently hates the app. You know who probably uses it most? Casual fans and they're going to vote as if it were a popularity contest. To most casual fans, it's cheer the faces/legends and boo the heels, hence why we had winners like Shawn Michaels, The Bella Twins, and especially Rock vs Cena. And to me thats not a good thing 20 minute pointless matches every week.

How often does that happen these days?" is like going into a thread discussing John Cena and saying "Cena actually WON on this PPV. How often does that happen these days?" I didn't say I haven't been watching. I catch bits of Raw every week. I said I haven't watched a full Raw, usually between one and a half to two hours worth. Is it the full thing? No, but it felt like more, which I said and explained. Heaven forbid I can't watch Raw for three hours straight because I'm busy... Maybe it was to do with the matches being fresh and not Rhodes vs. Shield for the 20th time. Maybe it has to do with the format they did with match>award>match>award, etc. rather than something disjointed like match>segment>segment>match>segment>match. Either way, it felt like more to me. As for calling the Slammys useless fluff, I don't see that. They advertised it as an awards show, that was what I was expecting. In fact, I figured they would have one or two more awards to present on the show than they did. The only real comedy bit was with the Outlaws. I'm talking more about stuff like that football player that was on a couple weeks ago or, as much as I like him, the 1-800-fella stuff with Sheamus. That stuff really doesn't have much to do with the product at all and in Sheamus' case is just a sad attempt at keeping him relevant. There's nothing wrong with a good comedy segment if it's furthering something along or if it's at least funny. Also, I kinda have to lol at your 1998 comment. I know I'm late on it, but there's been more wrestling on the show since 2012 when it went to three hours.

Content was good but the format was annoying. Couldn't stand that they kept mixing the matches and awards. Have an award, then a match. Don't introduce and award, have people come out, go to commercial, announce the winner, then start the match. That's the downfall of live voting. Couldn't we just vote all week long then announce the winners on Monday?
