If i were you I would write mattel customer service. They probably wont be able to replace it since it is old but they will likely send you a voucher for the original value of the figure for you to buy something new. I recenly had my legends SLaughter loose his leg at the upper quad pivot for no apparent reason and they gave me the value for it in a coupon voucher. They bugged me last time I did that to give them the receipt and sent the broken figure back to them. For one I sure as hell don't have the receipt from this one. Secondly do they make everyone send the broken figure to them? They didn't ask for mine. Then again i didn't demand a refund or anything. I just put in a complaint about the quality to have a toy that I do not in any way abuse break is a sad flaw in there product. Expressed my concern for the expensive price of the item to have such low quaity and they gave me the voucher as a courtesy wich I much apreciated.

Sounds like you're playing too damn hard! Sorry this keeps happening to you, hopefully it's the last time and it's an easy fix.

I had to fight tooth and nail with them to even get the ing refund going. My BAF Teddy was broken and they wanted like 3 different numbers from all 4 figure boxes in the BAF Teddy line. The boxes had been in the trash for months. Then they finally came around and said "ok we will send you label just ship all 4 figures and the Teddy to us and we will send you a voucher" I was just like this man. Then it upsets me even more to hear story's like that where they just sent you a voucher no strings attached.

I barely and I mean barely played with any of the figures that this has happened to. In fact I noticed it on my Honky just a week after buying him. Haven't moved him since.

That sucks, my heyman's arm wouldn't stay in and I just sent them the UPC and number on the foot and they gave me a voucher

forum.wrestlingfigs.com/thread/289751/ball-joint-future-elite-figure Your one stop solution let our voice be heard I really hope they can at least address to his issue. Articulation is the core toward all playability and fun so what if they can make or sign a ton of rare legend and the hip joint restrict it's fun, it as good as saying its just a wwe figurine...

The only WWE figures that ever broke on me were two b2 Kozlov's and a DM Macho Man. Mattel said it had to do with the sottering process they used where it leaked into the joint fusing it. And they were working on correcting it. Those were the only ones that actually broke every thing else (every single Legends figure) that suffered from the stuck hips were fixed by running them under hot water for a few minutes. Then I would have the figures do outwards splits before letting them cool off in a sitting position. Once I did that process with everyone they all worked fine.
I notice lots of times people here say the hip is tight but moves...then a while later they say the leg fell off. That is because the hip isn't functioning but they are rather twisting and tearing the stems.
