So I'm on hold with their phone service. Because I ordered a couple ryback items the other day and I just look at my bank account and they charged me once yesterday and once today. Yet the order was placed on Saturday. So I've been charged twice. Have no idea about the status of the order. And have now been on hold for over 10 minutes. WTF? Who else has had similar issues?

Yes, it's a known issue. You need to talk to them and your bank. It's in the FAQ

Just talked to some woman. She said they charge once initally then again when the item has processed and shipped. Then the initial charge eventually comes off. I'll wait and see what happens

The first charge is a pre-authorization that is lingering. Usually, this occurs because something you entered did not completely match (zip code, billing address, etc. associated with the card used), but not always. Sometimes it just happens.
Pre-authorization charges query the card to make sure the money is there and typically drop off seamlessly as soon as the order is processed and officially charged. Ideally, the consumer should never even know that it occurred, but sometimes that process fails, usually because of the reason mentioned above.
If you contact the bank, they're going to give you the runaround and tell you it's WWE's fault. It more than likely isn't. The bank is not correctly associating the the pre-auth with the completed order, and so they're holding onto the money. 99.9% of the time, the issue will resolve itself within one to two business days.

This is 100% accurate - I had the same thing happen to me. Don't worry, one of the charges should disappear in a day or two.

You were on hold for 10 minutes? Apparently you dont call many customer service numbers then. 10 minutes would be a blessing.

I'll wait and see what happens it use to happen to me somewhere else that I'd purchase from too…it eventually gets taken off, but is quite odd

It happened to me as well when I ordered from WWE Shop back in March. Mine took about 2 weeks for it to finally be credited back to my card. Its a rare occurrence when purchasing online using our credit card. When it does happen, it does suck. But nothing to be worried about.

Wow that sucks.
I've never had that issue.
The only thing I've dealt with was them saying part of my order was sold out (even though it wasn't when I placed my order) so when I got my package it wasn't in there..

You were refunded because of a normal situation of the pre-authorization charge?

You were refunded because of a normal situation of the pre-authorization charge? No I'm just probably phrasing it wrong I paid once when it was all said and done.
