So as soon as I opened the 2 pack with Brock his arm was already off. Any fix for this? It's not going back in no matter what, I've tried heating it up.

Could you not just pop it in? the peg looks to be intact. Heat both parts up and try that I'd say

I read here both the Basic Ricardo and Heymam had the baf arm design. Are you sure it won't go back in?

Same thing happen to my basic Ricardo I just lined the arm up to the opening then push as hard as I could and it went back in

This happened to mine as well, same arm too! What did you do? Mine just popped back in. If I messed with it to much it would come out again but for now its good!

I've even tried a spare BAF Heyman arm and nothing.

That happens to legit all my BAFs. Including my brand new B34 Ricardo and bp25 Heyman. Well minus the part where it won't go back in.

I had a problem with BAF Heyman, I emailed mattel and showed them pics and gave them UPC's and they gave me a voucher for the price of the figure

While I can't be sure, it sounds like the "female" part of the BAF shoulder is busted. I have the same problem with my Michael Cole's legs. No matter what I do, they won't click into place because the part inside the torso is broken. I think your best bet is to try and get a voucher from Mattel to get a new one.
