If true, it puts me off the idea of getting the network a little. I don't even know why they'd include his stuff, unless the market for the network is oddballs who think crisp German duplexes are more important than murder. I'll probably still get it and just skip past Psycho Robot Boy, but WWE will only have themselves to blame if they get a ton of negative press about this. They didn't receive negative press when they started mentioning and then showing him on WWE On Demand or in the WWE Encyclopidia. So how is showing him on the WWE Network without promoting him any different? They show Chris Benoit segments on WWE On Demand with no edits to entrances, commentary, dialogue etc?

I did my A Level in Nazi Germany when I did history in college and - and there is absolutely no debating this, no matter what anybody says - Hitler was an absolutely incredible leader and perhaps the best Prime Minister any country anywhere has ever seen in terms of uniting the people, transforming the poorest country in Europe into an economic giant, giving the people what they needed (Mother's Day? Invented by Hitler. Volkswagen? Also a direct suggestion from Adolf Hitler himself). Had he not killed people and been a German imperialist bigot, he would be being remembered as the greatest politician in history right now.
Had Benoit not killed his family, he would be remembered as one of the best wrestlers ever right now, it's exactly the same.
Both men were amazing at what they did, but the stuff that came with it was harrowing.
If we live in a world that isn't afraid to look at Hitler and say "outside of your crimes, you were an amazing leader", we should be able to look at Benoit and say "outside of your crimes, you were an amazing wrestler". Watching documentaries on the rise of Hitler and hearing the commentators talk about how brilliant he was doesn't make anyone uncomfortable because we see it all the time and grew up with it, watching matches with Benoit and hearing about his athletic prowess should be absolutely no different.
Let it go guys.
