Thank you for that indepth review. I really enjoyed reading that.
Did he elaborate as to why Kurt Angle would be the last person he'd have as a world champion? Surprising to hear the attitude he came into TNA with.

Ugh, not bringing in Heyman is the stupidest thing TNA has done yet.
I can all but guarantee that if Heyman was in charge of creative right now, we wouldn't be sitting through Dixie Land.

Surprising to hear the attitude he came into TNA with. No. Interviewer's fault. AJ stated that and the interviewer just moved to the next question. Never elborated as to why. It was quite annoying. I heard it and couldnt wait to hear the reason. Got nada.

If this interview doesnt elaborate on questions like the example you mentioned above then im questioning whether to buy this or not.

Thanks for the review! I'm glad you went in depth with it, instead of just giving only an overall thought.
I won't lie, I'm a little disappointed. For a guy who was "the guy" from day 1, I would of expected to hear some better stories. It seems like there is SO much more detail the interviewer missed.
But the Heyman story is very interesting. Did they touch on approximately when Heyman would have come in?

Did they touch on approximately when Heyman would have come in? No details on when they planned to bring Heyman in. They jumped all over and never had a timeline order. I can understand when the superstar is veering off, but its the interviewers job to bring them back on course. He listened to AJ answer the question and just moved to the next.

Thanks for the link but with Showstopper's report, I don't see the point in watching it. Sounds disappointing.

I'm almost finishing watching this and I do agree that the interviewer didn't really get much out of AJ. As the OP said it's basically what you saw in the preview. It's a good watch, but for example something like the Claire Lynch storyline he didn't really get AJ to say why it could of been a great storyline outside of the actor not being hot and that she was originally suppose to be a Carter. He didn't dig for more. Luckily RF VIdeo is doing a shoot with him in a few weeks and hopefully they will cover some things this interview didn't but RF Video can be hit or miss so we'll see.

RF is DEFINITELY hit or miss. While I thought he handled the last Chris Hero interview much better than Highspots with AJ....that one was almost a complete let down. I much preferred Hero's Smart Mark Shoot.

He is very open, honest and goes into detail concerning his departure from Chikara, his relationship with Quack now, etc. Its amazing. I expected the Post WWE one to be as awesome, but I felt we got a lot of political answers. Every question about NXT was met with a positive response. He said "awesome" so many times i thought a drinking game should be invented for this shoot. He was very upbeat and positive about his career and I hope he gets every bit the success he deserves. BUT...I cant buy that everything about NXT and WWE was so great.

But Hero says the word "awesome" countless times when referring to NXT, WWE, a performer at NXT, NXT on youtube, a trainer at NXT, the freaking janitor at NXT and even people in the WWE office. And no....I am not joking about the janitor.

He was in a damn good mood and wanted to paint a positive tone, which I love about him. But I dont like shoots that paint a rosy picture. I cant buy that everything was so awesome. If it was, why arent you still there and why do several people, who he is asked about, come out of NXT, or any WWE training ground and have some majorly negative things to say. I'm not saying all of what they are saying is 100% true or that they should fire off like that....but when there's smoke....
