They sure were! Now it's like... Had to add another finger for Jamie haha - thankfully the BWR lads still post shows from time to time. Haha. Apologies to everyone for the lack of activity on my end. Just welcomed my first child into the world last Thursday, so the last few months have been manic! Now I've got a bit of time off I'll hopefully get to watching a few shows. Seems I've missed a few big ones! Congrats on the baby! Hopefully we seem them on the board in 14 years.

Not going to double post, but I am.
I really got some nostalgia looking back on the state of this in 2015, as I mentioned. Like we had so much content! We had that one Lucha federation, TMNT Pic Fed, and so many other wide varieties. As well as that's when I first became a fan of T's fed. Hopefully I get back working soon so I can buy a ring soon to do EWE Fast Forward. I most likely will just buy a spring ring since that's the cheapest option.

I liked that one a lot - anyone remember who made it?

Wow I am a dumbass - it really didn't click for me that the guy with the Shredder avatar and signature might have also been the guy that made the TMNT fed

Been pretty quiet here lately... I finally got some free time to update the June/July threads and make an August thread. Hopefully we can get some activity going soon, I'm planning on filming a new show in the next couple of weeks.

I've always wanted to make a pic fed and have been watching a few lately, and it's made me really think about doing one. My collection only really consists of early Mattel figures and a decent selection of current and RA era Mattel figures, so my roster would need a bit of work.
So i just want to know who/how many guys make a good roster? how many shows would be a good amount to fill up the year? I've got the promotion name thought of and currently thinking of the names of the the shows & PPVS.
Also, how easy are they to make? I imagine they aren't 'easy' but surely not too hard.
Best editing software to make one? Obviously i'll need one to put it all together but i also want to make promo packages and vignettes for matches and storylines. Until i find my camera, i've got a Samsung Galaxy S7 which takes good pictures so i assume that'd be fine.
Best way to get it noticed around the community?
And is there anything else to know before i spend the money building up the roster a bit, getting a new ring and things like weapons/accessories? Because it'd suck if i were to go through and build it up only for it to fail really.

I recommend checking out the starter guide - it has pretty much all the information you need to get started.

Looking forward to seeing what content you put out:) As for getting noticed within the community, I found when I was starting out was to watch and give feedback on everyone’s (or as many as possible) shows. That way they’d reciprocate and I’d get a lot of pointers and tips on my shows, which lead me to producing a better product. Pic fedding is a fun hobby as you learn something new with each and every passing show/match you do. I still up to this point use my iPhone 6 to take the pics so your galaxy S7 will be more than fine!

Hi guys kinda new here (this part of the board) more of a lurker of WFigs. I decided to start a womens pic fed that I thought would be fun. I havent seen an all female one and I really like womens wrestling. My favorites are Alexa Bliss, Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott in WWE and I like Tessa Blanchard, Toni Storm & Scarlett Bordeaux from Impact. Here's a pic of my roster. My fed name is gonna be RISE which is actually a womens fed but I really like the logo and its a cool name. I havent decided which ring to use yet. Do you guys think a basic ring would work best cause the women are small? Also Im gonna try to post some poses this weekend so you guys can tell me what I should work on. You guys to awesome jobs! Sorry for rambling, Im just excited! K thanks bye

If you don't want an ASR, maybe something like a Jakks Hardcore/Attitude Ring would be a better size and would be more customisable than a basic ring. Can't wait to see what you come up with!

Thinking of putting FAW on an indefinite hiatus.
Just the thought of filming a WrestleMania is putting me off carrying on with it at the moment, as with a show of that magnitude, I would want to put my full attention and focus in to it, and that’s just not there with pic fedding currently.

I'm the same with W3A man, I've got so many ideas but no motivation/time to film anything. I was so burned out after Mania III and those two BOLA matches I managed to film that I had no desire left to film anything, even though I tried to motivate myself making those Fall Brawl match graphics. I'm considering filming a few Instagram exclusive PPVs this week in a similar vein to Jamie's NWF fed that I can pump out while I'm at uni then once I'm home for Christmas, I'll have been away from my figures long enough to want to fed with them again.
