What do YOU think is the most underrated match of all time? For me its Jeff Hardy vs Edge from Extreme Rules 09, I think that match is one of the best TLC matches of all time.

Shawn Michaels vs Triple H at Royal Rumble 2004.
I'm pretty sure it is not the most underrated of all time, but IMO, it is overlooked by their SummerSlam 2002 encounter and their Three Stages of Hell on Armageddon that same year.

CM Punk vs Cena at Night of Champions 2012 doesn't get enough love in my opinion. It's always MITB or RAW 2013.

I can't find the match on YouTube, but when the WWE Network debuts, watch Halloween Havoc 1991. It's one of my favorite PPVs.

Undertaker vs Big Show from No Mercy 2008
Triple H vs Batista from Backlash 2005 (it gets overshadowed by their HIAC match but I thought the Backlash match doesn't get much love)
Brock Lesnar vs Big Show from Survivor Series 2002 (it served it's purpose. Made Brock look even more of a freak throwing Show around like a cruiserweight, Show won the title, and set up for Angle/Brock)

Night of Champions 2012 Cena vs. Punk.
There are a ton of underrated matches from 08 til now and I blame most of them on the crapty crowds we have 75 percent of the time. I have a hard time watching Bryan/Punk from OTL and MITB even due to both having very quiet crowds that take away from the match. Jericho/Punk from mania 28 suffers from this as well only that was due to the crowd blowing their load during HHH/Taker.

Backlash 2000 Rock vs HHH - to me the culmination of the McMahon Helmsley Era and the peak of The Rock being the top guy with SCSA being away.

Punk vs. Jericho at WM28 comes to mind. Could the match been better? Sure. But it was really good for what it was and the only bad thing was the dead crowd.

Canadian Stampede main event: Hart Foundation Vs Stone Cold, Shamwow, Goldust and LOD.
I don't know about of All Time but I don't see people talk about it much.

Because its rarely talked about but yes most people hold it in high regard and that it should have been the main event of WM 15. When people bring up best matches of all time I almost never see someone mention this match even thought to me this has to be in the top three of all time not only because of the flow of the match but because it had all three of the biggest players of the AE in it - Rock, Austin and HHH not to mention all the McMahons got involved. |

I think having the mcmahons get involved is what ultimately keeps the backlash 2000 main event out of the conversation for one of the greatest matches of all time.
