I've been to Orlando/Kissimmee, Florida twice now. We (family of 6 to 10 depending on grandparents etc.) are looking to head back to America again in a villa. Originally, we was going to go on Route 66 but that ed up. But, where are the must places to go and visit in America for tourists. Please no one mention Las Vegas as I'm only 20 lol. We was looking at California as that has universal, Alcatraz etc. But, only half of us are active as such. So could you guys give places that are a must for us to visit, be it famous eats, landmarks etc. Historic landmarks are popular among us. But, I've heard people, have bad experiences blah blah blah so I wanted to know first hand from people who are around my age or have seen them.

If you are interested in history then I would recommend Washington DC. To visit the big city, financial heart, statue of liberty, then go with New York City.
You could hop around California to LA, Hollywood, San Francisco, San Diego, and see some beautiful nature in northern CA as well as nice beaches in many other parts.
Honestly there is plenty to do in Vegas if you are under 21. You just can't drink and gamble.

Hollywood is great! Especially if you've never been. San Francisco is great too, never been to Alcatraz, but always wanted to go, they have all day tours that you can take. Colorado is also beautiful, the Rocky Mountains will blow your mind. Other than that if recommend DC, and NY City

You have to visit Chicago.
It's home to the most awesome truck drivers in the world. There's a bunch of cool stuff in Chicago but the best thing going right now is that anyone who visits Chicago right now get's a free foot of snow to take home at no charge.

The passed regulation to make the city not smell like chocolate anymore, though. I haven't seen New Orleans listed, so I'd like to officially nominate it. Also the Great Sand Dunes in Colorado are pretty awesome.

Wow, thank you guys. Never thought I would get a huge response like this lol. Thank you all again, some good ideas. I'm avoiding Vegas until I'm 21'i think, the reason in my opinion to got to Vegas is to gamble and drink. I've googled like all your suggestions, some of them parks look amazing.
I like the sounds of LA then to San Francisco and then to ...
Fill in the gap with a place in California that's a must
