I'm very careful when it comes to my computer, but when I first got it, I was on a site where I received a download window in Internet Explorer. It downloaded something called ieframe.dll which is a legit process, but not the 12 MB version it installed. I have yet to see what it does, and I pretty much left it alone since it was an IE virus (At least according to research, it's supposed to block certain sites in IE and I usually use Chrome anyway) I recently tried to delete it, but the Trusted Installer thing got in the way. I then changed permissions so I could delete it, and even after entering the password for my Admin account, it said I needed admin permission. I quickly checked to make sure it was an actual DLL. It was. It wouldn't let me delete it no matter what. So I decided to delete IE since I don't use it anyway, and it wasn't in the Uninstall Programs window. I searched for iexplore.exe in Explorer and to my surprise came 69 applications named iexplore.exe each with the size of 757 kilobytes. What do I do? MBAM and Microsoft Security Essentials found nothing. I tried deleting them but the TrustedInstaller thing came up. I'd take the time to change the permissions of them all, but I figured it would be a repeat of the ieframe.dll thing. TL;DR: For whatever reason I have 69 iexplore.exes all with the size of 757 kilobytes. What do I do?

Download MalwareBytes Anti-Malware and Avast, both are free (but Avast must be registered with a free account after 30 days)
Scan with both and your computer will be fine afterwards. If it's still not working try something from the boys at Kaspersky called "TDSSKiller" and that should eliminate whatever else is bugging you (If applicable.)

Adwcleaner is the best I've used... even better than MalwareBytes. I'd use MalwareBytes first though, then Adwcleaner if MWB doesn't fix the problem.
