To save money, Mattel will probably just re-use the rubber Goldust robe if Flair ever gets an Elite. I'm really upset too because the rubber clothes are such awful sucky crap.

I hope we get 92 Flair will the WCW world title. That would be cool or a NWA Blue attired flair.

a rubber robe would completely ruin Flair. Slick Ric never wore rubbers!

Considering how simple Flair will be to make, they can probably budget in a cloth robe
If not, I still have plenty of Jakks robes he can wear

The thing with Savage was that most of the attires people want from him (WM3 aside) also have "Gay Fandango" levels of color and deco in addition to the elaborate entrance gear/glasses/hat. With Flair, it's a pretty plain attire that only uses 2-3 colors max, and there's next to no deco aside from his initials. The chances of a cloth robe are more likely. I'm still expecting the plastic robes for him, but surely if they can budget HTM to come with the guitar and jumpsuit, they'd be willing to do at least one cloth one for Flair. Any of the robes he wore that had a lot of feathering, though? Probably gonna be E6 Goldust style, but hopefully easier to get off.

Great news!! I want a Flair to have a plastic robe like Goldust's. The only difference is I hope they pose his arms to the side so Flair would be posed like this... Now we just need a Windham figure!! No the plastic robes are horrible. You almost break the figures getting them out and then NEVER reuse the robe on the figure. I love the plastic coats and I've never almost broke a figure because of them. I put em on & off all the time. Plus Flair's arms could be baggier than most.

I thought Elite 6 Goldust Robe looked pretty good, it will look/fit better compared to a fabric one.

Flair is definitely going to have a plastic robe. I'll take that over staining though. Just save up on your Jakks robes if you haven't already. I'm excited for Flair. I love the powder blue but pink or purple would both be great imo. I have to be honest, I've had my fixup Flair for almost as long as Mattel has been making WWE figures, so it's kind of surreal that we're actually getting a legit Flair.

I don't mind the plastic robes - but I'd much prefer a cloth one... especially for Flair. Hopefully, they can pump a lot of money into his FB figure (like they did with Honky Tonk Man) so we can have an awesome looking cloth robe.
We really need the Defining Moments line (or something similar) for figures like this, Hogan and Sting.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned Damien Sandow got a cloth robe.... Ric flairs ring gear is so basic with limited paint apps, I'm assuming we'd get cloth like Sandow did. Macho had multiple colors throughout his attire in each fig, maybe that prevented cloth for him

Wow, what fantastic news.... I'd better start saving my money, I like to buy two of each when it comes to Ric Flair (one to open, one to keep MOC). You know, it's just "my thing".... I'm really hoping for a purple robe Ric Flair - JAKKS never gave us that one & it was always one of my favorites.... I'll buy every Flair product that Mattel puts his likeness on..... Yeah we need a purple robe Flair I'm hoping for a purple robe/trunks/boots as well, as it can be used both for 1992 WWF and 1993-1994 WCW. can cover a whole lotta time with just one look.

As long as they DON'T make any of the robes Jakks made previously, I'm happy. The more variety the better!
