Nitro Spring Break 1997 would not work at all for me. WWE's on demand library is great, when it works.

Been watching a lot of 97 Nitros and I must say, I have no real desire to go watch old WWE/WWF stuff but I am all about WCW. I am so much more interested in their product.

I've been having problems with the archive ever since I started watching Quick Hits. Before, I would get the occasional buffering and rare quality change on the archive, but for the most part whenever I watched something on the archive, I didn't notice any problem. Then a few months ago, I started watching Quick Hits. That's when my problems started happening. Then when I started watching RAW from 1993, I started having problems. If the problem is truly the server space and it's not on my end (which 95% of the time I believe it's on my end), they should really invest more money. I'm pretty sure they're not having the money problems that they were having in the beginning, so they should be able financially to invest in more server space. Now with the live stream however, it's been near perfect with the occasional freeze and skipping.

I can all but guarantee it's NOT on you end. with thousands - if not tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands - of people worldwide complaining about issues ... it's not on our end... - first off, if it WAS on our end, we'd be having issues with EVERYTHING on there. yet the complaints are almost nearly unanimously that the older VOD content runs like crap, while the newer stuff and Live Stream works great. if it was a signal issue or speed issue on our ends, the Live Stream and newer stuff would run bad too. - while the amount of subscribers has increased greatly since last year, the amount of money and server space used for the Network has NOT. there was a reason it worked so much better months and months ago - because there were less people on it! the WWE simply hasn't upgraded their servers to handle the demand outside of the Live Stream and newer programming ones. - they have no answer for us. the standard response is to do a speed test, but when you come back at them with speeds that are more than are needed to watch properly, they tell you it's because it's a wireless device or something ,even though you can point out that you watch Netflix and YouTube and other video services on the device, and they always work perfectly.then they won't answer you anymore/

Apparently, WWE edited out New Day's parody of "Empire State of Mind" from this year's SummerSlam.

Good to see they're adding Nitro in. Outside of the PPVs I dont think Ive watched the network once in like 2-3 months. I might have to reevaluate my subscription as I was hoping to get a lot more older stuff then they are even attempting to give us.

So that's good WWE, silence your fans from complaining that what they are paying for doesn't work properly. Seems about right. I saw a lot of people threatening to cancel their subscriptions too. I doubt anyone did though, but everything you said about the WWE Network people is true. They ask you for a speed test, and if you pass the speed test they say it must be something else on our end - when everyone says their Netflix, youtube, Shomi, or whatever streaming device you have - works just fine without buffering. I gave up watching old on demand content - which sucks since that was what I was looking forward to the most on there.

I've been having a little bit of luck with the archive so far. I managed to watch Capital Punishment last night with no buffer, and now I'm watching the first few Nitros.

It's hard to ignore thousands and thousands of people bitching, yelling and complaining on their Facebook page regarding the lagging, buffering and pausing. I hope this is true, I haven't watched any old on demand stuff for a week now because of the lagging. I will have to try it tonight and see what happens. Maybe I can finish watching the Raw I was watching from March 1996.

Surpringly, I had no issues the past two days. Had a 2014 Raw, some old SummerSlams and now 1994 Raws on and no issues. I won't get my hopes up too much though.

Honestly, I'm not gonna believe that they fixed anything with the archive until they make an announcement that they upgraded their servers. For now, I'll just believe I'm having dumb luck with the archives.

What is up with the January 7th 2013 episode of RAW?
It plays about 35 seconds, then jumps to the very end of the show and finishes. That's it, that's all I can watch.
Anyone else had problems with this ep?

Anyone else had problems with this ep? Looks like you have that glitch where it plays a little bit before going back to the menu. I haven't seen that with that episode of RAW, but that same glitch I've dealt with Wrestlemania XX (before it was fixed), Elimination Chamber 2010, The April 1990 episode of SNME, The episode with the Iron Sheik of Legends of Wrestling and the first episode of Superstars that aired on the Network before they begun airing new episodes.
