Scarecrow looks like a waterlogged corpse...badass.
This is kinda annoying though, there is no reason this couldn't have been on the PS3. I am not ready to buy a PS4, and this doesn't look any better graphically or mechanically than Arkham City.

In a way I am glad it was pushed back because besides than Madden my two favorate titles Batman and AC are both not available for PS3 in their next releases so it'll give me that much more time to get a PS4.
Speaking of Arkham after a few months break I started playing Origins again and between yesterday and today I unlocked the "Worst Nightmare", "Point Counterpoint" and "Flawless" trophies.
Now if I could just get a 50x free flow while using all 15 variants without taking a hit before or after I'll have unlocked all "in-game" trophies.

OK I've spent the day trying to get rank 15 "Shadow Vigilante" in Arkham Origins. That was without a doubt the hardest thing I ever had to do in a video game. Get a 50X Freeflow with at least 15 Variations without getting hit.
I would get the 50X free flow without getting hit and come up one short on the variations. That happened at least 5 times. Or I would get the 50X, 17 variants but get hit once. lol But I finally got it. Thank God I don't have to try that again.

I saw this when it was announced and I am not a fan of this kind of thing. These store exclusive pre-order and platform exclusive items (Destiny) are awful for gamers. I miss the time when you spent $60 and you got the intended full game. If I didn't already have the game paid off on Amazon then I would just wait for the bound to happen GoTY edition in 2016. I realize these bonuses are almost always junk, but that isn't the point.

Well good thing I read this because I was going to pre-order this at Target, but knowing that the DLC packs are Gamestop exclusives, I'll be going there.

I pre-ordered this last week thinking it was coming out in November for some reason.
Oh well.

I believe Red Hood is only a GameStop exclusive. Ah okay. I want Harley Quinn more but I'll take Red Hood. You'll get both if you pre-order from GameStop. I played through Arkham Asylum and Arkham City again. The trailers for Knight got me hyped up. I 100% both of the game's main stories, found every riddler trophy, etc. something I didn't do last time by a long shot. Still haven't played Arkham Origins, but I might pick it up soon, if just to bide my time before Knight is eventually released.

I assumed as much with Rocksteady not behind it.

I played about an hour of Origins, got bored, took it out of the PS3 and traded it back in at GameStop,
I just couldn't get into it at ALL.

I wouldn't say Origins is a bad game (Although the bugs made me stop playing twice and I never one hundred percented it like the other games) but when you compare it to masterpieces like Asylum and City, it seems like a bad game.

Totally agree. I always felt that if it had been the first in the three, instead of the third, it wouldn't get the kind of hate that it does. It is a good game, but there were definitely things that were a step down from Asylum and City, which hurt it, and like you said, it was following those to great titles.

Kind of a weird hope for this game…and it doesn't look like Rocksteady is going to put this in, but I think it'd be cool if pedestrians could be on the street this time around. The visuals looks amazing but it kind of falls flat without the people of Gotham roaming about in this huge open world.

If I recall right, the reasoning behind that is that Gotham was evacuated/mostly evacuated.

The game is now coming out June 2nd. My birthday is June 4th so that works perfectly lol
From IGN:
Originally planned for release on October 14 this year, the game was delayed until 2015 back in June. The news of today's release date confirms the game has been delayed by around eight months and is not taking place next February, as was rumoured. Alongside the standard edition of the game, two Collector's Editions have also been revealed, the Limited Edition and the Batmobile Edition, both of which will be available in limited quantities across North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand for PS4 and Xbox One. The PC version of the game will only be getting the Limited Edition in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. The Batman: Arkham Knight Limited Edition costs £89.99 / $99.99 / €119.99 on console and £74.99 / €99.99 on PC, and comes with an 80 page art book containing concept art, a SteelBook, a Limited Edition DC Batman: Arkham Knight #0 Comic, three unique skins from The New 52 comics and a Batman Memorial Statue. The Batmobile Edition, meanwhile, costs £169.99 / $199.99 / €199.99 and will only be available for console. It comes with all of the above along with a transformable Batmobile statue. Check it out below. A range of villains have already been confirmed for the title, including Riddler, Penguin and Two-Face. We also know Harley Quinn is set to appear in the upcoming climactic chapter to the Arkham series, and pre-ordering will let you play as her. Kevin Conroy is confirmed to return as Batman, while Troy Baker has strongly hinted he'll once again lend his pipes to voicing Two-Face.
