Hendrick is running like they did in the pre Gordon years, damn.
Well at least The best car won last night and that should always be the case.

MTJ has gotten to the point where he's hated for winning. Glad to see he's the newest NASCAR heel.

MTJ has gotten to the point where he's hated for winning. Glad to see he's the newest NASCAR heel. Heading into the 2016 season he only had 3 wins in his career. In the last 2 and a half years he has won 16 races.

It's great to see a career resurgence, and so much success for a guy who truly deserves it, and has had literally NOTHING handed to him in this sport.

Tearing up so much equipment in the series in the worst financial shape to try and win the worst purse in the series because HERMAHGAWD IT'S A DIRT TRACK is the most NASCAR thing ever.

Nowhere did I mention the quality of the race so I'm not really sure what your point there is. It doesn't change the fact that taking the series that has taken the worst financial hit throughout the years to a track that is basically going to be a "throwaway" body / truck / etc. for the worst purse in the series is not good for anyone. Entertainment be damned.
EDIT: Plus.. those two cautions don't happen? Logan Seavy wins by a 1.5 mile finish distance of 3 seconds. So.. *shrug*

Eh, Equipment is no less likely to get torn up at the plate races or at any other track...

Eh, Equipment is no less likely to get torn up at the plate races or at any other track... Those tracks have better purses than Eldora. The cost of the body that gets destroyed at Eldora? $15,000. The purse the race winner gets at Eldora? $15,000. If the winner gets that for winning, how much do you think 5th on back receive when they’ve junked the same way? Yeah. That is my point. You’re taking the poorest series, that struggles with money, to a venue that they’re taking a hit. It’s not that complicated to understand the point here, but I’ll spell it out: Eldora needs a bigger purse to help offset more costs. My goodness.

How many times do they use a body before it’s scrapped? I’m not saying it’s a good or bad idea. I’m just wondering

Me personally, I don’t wanna see Xfinity or Cup race on dirt. If I wanna watch dirt racing I’ll go to my local dirt track and watch some super dirt late models on Friday night.

I’m just wondering It's common to reuse bodies from previous races by replacing pieces of the body. 100% scrapped? I'm not sure outside of Eldora.
