Yeah bro. My RVD foot has the same issue as that other guy with the boot not in all the way. I don't think these legs were meant for those boots. I tried popping them off in hot water and couldn't get the boots off. Every single Punk I try and change knee pads I can never get the boots off, I was going to try RVD but if it's that hard nevermind. Am I the only one with the Punk problem? Yeah I had trouble taking them off the other day, I gave up in the end.

To update this, I had to go to 3 more Target's this morning and at the 3rd store I found Elite 27. Exchanged the RVD for a new one and this one is fine. 3rd time's a charm, lol.
Seriously though. This figure gave me a lot more trouble than I needed. Oh well...

I'm not gonna sit here and tell someone "you're just complaining." Things happen. Either it's a factory mistake or something happened in shipping (exposure to extreme temperatures or whatever). I think the internal bubble package that is meant to stabilize the figure can contort around it in heat or cold, and that can bend the figure inside the package. I've opened some figures where I've had to use almost all my strength to get a figure's arm, leg or head out of the bubble case. That's what I think messes up some figures.

My only problem is when I hear tons of reports of a bad figure. Then it sounds like a mechanical failure.

The new kickpad and lower leg mold are really difficult to pop on/off. I had to heat the boots for much longer than usual to get them off of the lower leg and still had to use quite a bit of force.

stop hitting your figures together so hard when you play with them These broken upon opening the package. Thanks for the expert advice though... no problem

For all the people having trouble taking off the kick-pads just pop the lower knee off. It's a lot easier for me when switching knee-pads for smaller ones than when I try sliding them up the bottom of the leg.

Anyone else have issues with the Elite 27 RVD? On my second one now and the left leg completely popped off again. Absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to try and find another one at Target to exchange. Ugh.... If you call Mattel to complain they should give you another one.
