So sad that he made up with all these people he'd been feuding with... Nash, Hogan, Vince etc just to die so soon after.

As I said before, if he was going to die, at least he died a happy man. Life is too short to hold any grudges and I'm glad he made peace with everyone before he passed.

They seemed to have one of the biggest beefs going, at least from Warrior's side. I'm sure they had to cross paths this weekend. Once again, R.I.P. Warrior.

He passed away after correcting the wrongs and making peace like it was the only thing he had left to do on Earth.

Once you think about it, The guy couldnt have chosen a better time to go out. He had a crazy weekend, Headlined the H.O.F, Buried the hatchet with several guys he was having issues with over the years, Even Hogan, Which i didnt expect, Met and talked to a bunch of current and future WWE superstars, Delivered an amazing promo on Raw that will surely be quoted in future years.
The guy kickstarted his legacy again and now will be remembered on a much bigger scale.

It's still a shock that he passed away just three days after being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, two days after appearing at WrestleMania, and just ONE Day/24 hours after being on Raw and cutting a great promo that will be eerily remembered for the context of what was said. In a way, it's quite beautiful to know that the Ultimate Warrior got some recognition from WWE and WWE fans for the career that he had and Warrior managed to bury a ton of hatchets with people that he had beef with. I truly hope that Warrior died with the feeling of peace.

This is pretty cool. Warrior and Hogan making peace is probably a pretty big deal to Hogan, especially after the way Randy Savage died... For those of you who don't know, Savage and Hogan ran into each other as a hospital less than a year before Randy died. Savage tried to bury the hatchet and invited Hogan to a family BBQ that the Poffo's were having. Hogan declined, then went on to some radio show making fun of the Poffo's, saying he had better things to do than to go to a little family BBQ... I'd love to see someone actually bring Hogan to task for all of his B.S. he's pulled over the years. Like ratting Jesse out to Vince, the whole Steamboat deal, not wanting to put Bret over, pretty much anything from WCW. Man... I hate Hogan

I bet Warrior didn't make up with Bret.
Anyone remember some of the stuff out of Bret's book about Warrior? I do.

He has a wife and two young daughters that adored him and need him around. This is going to be a very difficult time in their lives. I'm emotional about it, I can't imagine their feelings after the jubilation on their faces over the 3 day weekend. And since making up with everyone, there was tons of different opportunities to be done in the coming years. Everyone was robbed of a lot of fun, exciting times ahead with that. Life can be very cruel.

Life can be very cruel. I think all of this is what makes his death so hard to get my head around. I honestly haven't had a wrestler's death on my mind like this ever. I was extremely sad when Owen Hart died but I was only 7, you don't fully comprehend what death is at that age. Seeing how content and happy he was to be with his family is what makes it so sad, and my heart breaks for the people that he leaves behind.

There are two ways to look at all of this. It is tragic, there is no way around that, that the poor guy received his much due recognition only to pass away three days later. It can be viewed as horrible that he was able to bury the hatched with everyone only to die so soon afterward, but maybe its a good thing. Maybe he needed to bare his soul, eliminate all regrets, reconnect with men who were once friends, then enemies, and end things in a positive manner. He died very much in the limelight, and nobody will have a bad final thought of the Ultimate Warrior. I have said it before, and I will say it again. I would be lucky to die such a wonderful death. I hope my meaning is discernible through the wording. As tragic as death always is; and particularly at such a young age; Warrior's last few days and death were one of the greatest gifts anyone could receive. This is almost the polar opposite of Benoit's final days.
There will be times in your life that you will think 'I could die happy right now'. I could never suggest that I understand how Warrior thought, but if there was indeed something wrong that he was aware of I am all but certain that thought at least pervaded his consciousness once.
