So I started putting my JR together today, and the right arm won't attach to the torso. It will kind of stay there to an extent, but it won't stick and it falls out if I move the figure. I seem to remember people having the same problem with one of the other Build a Figures, but is/was there a solution?
And is the problem with the peg on the arm or the socket on the torso when this happens?

Yeah, happened with booker and heyman. It's the torso.

Weird. For me, Booker and Heyman's arms/torso connection were fine. Is there a decent workaround/fix?

Same thing happened with my John Laurinaitus had to force his left arm in but if I lift him it falls off! -.-

Best solution is getting a new torso. I don't think I can take the other arm or the legs off, so I don't know that just getting another torso is an option. Plus the torso comes with Axel, who is shortpacked. |

My Teddy Long's left arm won't stay in and my Booker T's head keeps falling off. The Booker part doesn't make any sense, but it's usually a matter of the inside clip in the torso being broken or wedged. My Michael Cole's legs didn't stay in for the longest time but I finally got them to clip. |

I emailed Mattel to complain/ask for replacement parts. I doubt anything will come of it (I'm pretty sure Mattel UK just says "return it to the place of purchase for a refund") but still, was worth a shot. And I've wrapped one of the little plastic band things from an elite around the figure so the arm will stay in place without falling out unless I try to move it.
