I was just thinking, the streak is over, and a lot of people complain that a younger talent didn't get a rub from it. Do you believe that someone like Roman Reigns could beat Taker next year and still prosper from the fact that he did beat Taker at Mania? Of course it won't be as big a deal of Brock ending it or as shocking , but I still think the streak can put over another Talent. Have whoever beats Taker the second time feud with Brock over whose was the better man to beat Taker.

Will Taker even wrestle at Mania again?

I didn't mind the streak ending, but back to back losses, I strongly disagree with.
Taker should just stay away. This was the perfect ending.

I think this is good for Taker.
If he does have another Wrestlemania match (a big IF) it won't have the stigma of living up to the hype of a streak match. Undertaker's body is breaking down and there's no way he would be able to live up to expectations with these matches.
Besides, those matches were getting stale anyway. You can only have so many matches in a row with 10 finisher kick outs before even that becomes predictable.

I don't think so.

nah, we saw what i believe to be the last of the deadman in active wrestling. we saw the old lion finally beaten in his jungle, it was a great story, and a fitting conclusion to an epic career.

If he wrestles again at Wrestlemania, no.
Will he wrestle again at Wrestlemania? Probably no.

The streak was the only unique thing in WWE. When the streak ended, nothing else matters. I don't think Undertaker will have another match.

21-21 has a nice ring to it.

It doesn't matter now. He lost so there is nothing special about Taker at WM going forward. And honestly at his age any young wrestler who would beat him now means nothing because they made him human this year. So now he would just be looked at as a old wrestler who didn't know when to quit. There's no rub to be had from an up and comer now. So hopefully he is done now.

The only reason why Taker wrestled at Mania was to defend the streak so without it what's the point?

I think he should be done. He shouldn't tarnish his legacy by coming back when he physically doesn't have anything left to give.
I hate seeing older wrestlers physically suffer trying to give us a show.

in my honest opinion, taker should be done, he finally ended the streak and it was a cluster fail !!! imo his legacy IS tarnished, not of his character, but the fact one of the smartest and savy men in the buisness. . . . made the WORST choice at the end of his career

'Will he have another match, let alone at WrestleMania?' should be the question...

Don't know about that but I do hope he wrestles at Mania a few more times. The match with Lesnar was a stupid way to go out since it was a big disappoint with a lame build up. Taker getting a concussion killed everything and the match should have had a stipulation.
There's still money to be made from a lot of matches imo from Taker and he deserves a better way to go out.

I'm still of the belief that Undertaker will have one more match.
There's nothing to be gained from having him lose again. Lesnar beating him at WrestleMania is a moment that will never be replicated. That, combined with the crap match he had, will only lead people to believe he'll lose again. It would be a bigger shocker if he won.

I don't even know if he could even still wrestle at this point. He looked "off" during his match with Lesnar and that was before the concussion. Now that the Streak is gone it kinda just takes away the mystique.

Good question. I think ending the streak opens that door to a possibility. Now at ANY given WM, UT could lose when most believed he would not have the last 22 WMs.
