I love the casting of Ben Affleck. I love the Bat suit. I love the Batmobile. I get pumped just thinking about the potential. But then I remember the utter disappointment I felt after Man of Steel and it's like a slap of reality. I'm actually in the minority here but I liked MOS. I like everything Bat related here too but as I have said Im very annoyed that they are going for a Batman coming out of retirement. Batman wouldn't retire. His war is never over. That's why I always feared Dark Knight Returns when it was mentioned as inspiration.....I felt sure we would get old codger Batman and it seems that we are for some reason....Batman wearing armour/grey in Afflecks hair etc. very disappointing. I enjoyed MoS, as well. Greatly, in fact. And I'm pumped for everything Bat-related in this film, thus far.

I'm actually really stoked for an early 40's Batman. I hope he's not coming out of retirement but I am stoked for a 40's aged Batman. That's how I picture him when he's destroying people and setting fear into the hearts of those doing wrong in the world. I picture someone massive, agile, older that has the roughest tone in his voice.
I'm stoked.

Finishing up season 1 tonight! Oye so good. DC should've got behind it!
ALSO! What if John Cena played Shazam/CaptainMarvel?
I don't want it to happen. But I could see it. Unfortunately.

Fleckmobile looking foxy on set during night shoots! Looks like almost exactly a 50/50 compromise of the 1989 and Tumbler Batmobiles from the past.

Super Girl to CBS! Supergirl has finally found a home as the latest TV show from DC Comics, and it's been given a series commitment at CBS, the network behind the likes of Elementary, The Big Bang Theory and Under the Dome. The hour-long drama will focus on Kara Zor-El following her escape from planet Krypton amid its destruction. The official logline for the drama adds that she has been "hiding the powers she shares with her famous cousin" (that's Superman obviously) and that now at the age of 24, "she decides to embrace her superhuman abilities and be the hero she was always meant to be." The pilot was penned by Ali Alder (No Ordinary Family) and Greg Berlanti (Arrow), and they will both executive produce alongside Sarah Schechter and Warner Bros. TV. TV Line meanwhile confirm that it will indeed be named Supergirl. What kind of role do you think Superman will play? It also wont be connected to Arrow...... why? because DC/WB have a really f*cked up way of doing things. The excellence of Arrow and the fantastic job it did building the world should be used by the movieverse.

CBS is a terrible network. I was excited about the rumors of a Supergirl show, not now.

I'd give the Supergirl show a chance if they brought back Laura Vandervoort. Or an actress of equal attractiveness. It would take something like that for me, because I hate CBS and the character isn't very interesting to me.

They are however deluded to expect Joker on network Tv I thought Gotham was really damn good tonight. And it seemed like the Joker was on the show in a very small part. There was a lot going on in this show, but I definitely liked it better than Arrow, which had a bunch of pretty actors I couldn't care less about, or Agents of Shield, which I thought was pretty boring and nothing special. Gotham was pretty damn cool.
