Hey guys, just been really getting back into drawing after having stopped a couple years and thought it'd be nice to share what I'm making. I've always been drawing since a little kid and I think that without any real art classes, I've done well on my own. So yeah, I'm going to try to draw something weekly and post it here, mainly Marvel and Walking Dead characters. First up, in honor of a great performance in TASM2, I decided to draw Dane DeHaan's Green Goblin. Hope you guys like it and let me know what I can change. Always appreciate the feedback. No Flash: Flash: --- Electro: -- Spider Man: Up Next: Rick Grhymes

I can only see the first image. I'm not an artist so I may not be the best person to critique this. I do think it looks pretty nice but the proportions are a little warped in some places. I see where you were trying to draw a hooked nose but there's no definition in the shape of the nose besides the outline around it. I'm too lazy to look up the source image but I'm having a hard time trying to grasp what exactly his clothing / suit looks like. It probably just looks wild and that's why there's such strange shapes but to me it just looks like there's some sort of shovel handle going over his shoulder lol.
That's about the best constructive criticism I can offer. I think overall it's a pretty decent sketch. Obviously you have an eye to be able to draw things out in decent detail but I would work on perfecting your shading skills.

Yeah, the dark background on the reference picture made the suit blend in so it was a bit difficult to pull it off, mainly the right side of the suit. I don't like coloring in my drawings at all, but that maybe could have helped made the suit easier to understand. Thanks for the feedback though. Will try some different shading techniques soon. Here's the reference picture:

Here's the reference picture: It looks a lot like that reference pic though. That suit is just so odd looking that it's hard to translate onto paper if you don't already know what you're looking at.

Spidey looks pretty good. I'd say the only main thing throwing me off, is how the center point where all of his web's connect should be more centered. Smoothing out your shading and erasing some of the stray marks would help as well, but other than that it looks good. Really reminiscent to Spider-Man 50, which I own.
