It's hard to know if he actually stole the parts. If there is proof that he did, then he needs to be fired.

Of course there's no proof. Just like there was no proof he was scalping them. It's ridiculous.

Considering Toys R Us has fired all but their Regional and above Loss Prevention. It is highly unlikely that he will be terminated for theft. The in-store employees aren't going to have time to launch their own investigation and build an internal theft case. The only way he could be stopped is if the Store Manager steps in and states that he needs to wait until he is off the time clock to select merchandise in order to allow customers a chance to buy the merchandise. I know from having worked in Asset Protection and Management in Toys R Us, that taking collectible merchandise as it hits the floor and setting it aside ("Under stocking") is frowned upon. What so you mean? All TRUs got rid of their loss prevention workers? They still have Regional and above. But as far as plain clothes or yellow shirts everyone was laid off over the last year and a half.

Next year might be a different story. But right now we are good.
