I was just going through my desk drawer and found a bunch of UPC's I saved from January incase of the Mankind exclusive, and I realize they're probably going to be useless. However, in that same thought, I remembered that Mick Foley has posted a few things on his Facebook as of late. He's been refusing to sign his legends deal, according to his posts. I don't know for how long, but being that he's been highly critical of the WWE in months, I'd have to assume that he's been on the fence for a while. Could this affect the exclusive? If Mick DOESN'T sign the legends contract, will we never see that Mankind exclusive? Or was it put into production before his contract ended, or even moreso, does the legends deal not affect action figure deals? When he made his post he said something about him not being in video games or not having figures..

Could this have to do with the exclusive? Yup. He's pissed that his exclusive action figure still hasn't been released yet, finds it completely unacceptable, and therefore refuses to sign a new deal. |

I don't think the hold up has anything to do with the delay though. As far as I know, the delay came well before his deal expired. |

The question is: Have they been mass produced or not? As the lore goes, some have been found at these mysterious "Mattel Stores" .... so were they produced in a limited run, or has the mass production been completed?
If they haven't been produced in mass quantities - I would tend to think that Mattel wouldn't send these to production once his Legends contract is officially expired; However, if they were already produced, they should just be able to sell them by the end of the year and be done with it....

I'm more than content with Cactus & the Mankind we got. Had it been released I either would have passed all together or I would have bought it to head swap on the dress shirt Mankind.

I hate that I have enough receipts and upcs for me and two of my friends who only collect moc to have 3 figures each. The previous promotions would accept receipts from June, even though signage went up usually in August. I thought I was being smart saving all that stuff.
Fast forward to this year, I've barely bought a thing from TRU. It's been a terrible year for figures. If the promotion started today, I guess I'd have to buy 3 BOPPV Alberto Del Rios or 3 BOPPV Brocn Lesnars because that's all that is clogging their damn shelves.

ill say it again like i did in previous threads.. had they just released the dam thing in the flashbacks line all of us would be sitting here with one right now.. i still think they could pull it off throwing it in E31/E32 but time is almost run out i think.

Im not quite following micks logic here. Wouldnt it be better to at least make some money from his former employer rather than no money from them.? Is there some sort of point or pricipal hes trying to make?
