Right now around here it is the PoPPV Punk and Brock along with e26 Henry as far as Elites go. Basics it is every TRU set Del Rio is in.
All time I would say Del Rio

Definitely Sheamus from what I've seen.

Depends on style of figure and time of the year. To be honest, I wouldn't consider Cena a shelf warmer though. His figures sell better than anyone else.

Ive been visiting all my stores (2 kmarts, 3-4 walmarts, 2-3 targets, 2 TRU) about once a week or two...sheamus is everywhere. I can't stand sheamus in general but I thought he was popular? Why do no one buy his elites? Im guessing cause elite figures are an older crowd and older crowd doesn't like sheamus? Right now the wal-marts have like no elites, maybe 1 or 2. Toys r us by me just finally reloaded on elites but its all bad news barret, miz, alberto etc. And for some reason brock is a shelf warmer, why is that? I bet those brock figures will be worth a lot in 20 years. I have the CM Punk with an urn and there are a lot of those at TRU as well.

The biggest two-pack shelfwarmer I ever saw was Naomi and Cameron. Elite, Trish Stratus. Basic, John Cena in late 2011. Just so many red Cenas, plus the awful Survivor Series Heritage one.
