www.onlinebigbrother.com/julie-chen-reveals-big-brother-16s-twisted-twist-june-18th-on-the-talk/Big Brother 16 host Julie Chen, just announced today that she will be revealing this seasons big twist on her talk show “The Talk”, June 18th, 2014. This pre-season promotion of Big Brother 16 has been advertised in commercials as being a summer of Twist After Twisted Twist, so what is this seasons TWIST?! Are you dying to know what this season’s Big Brother twist will be? Tune in to The Talk on Wednesday, 2pm ET/1pm PT when Julie Chen, host of Big Brother and The Talk, will reveal this season’s big twist. The Talk is an afternoon talk show where the hosts discuss the issues that matter to them most both in the headlines and at home. The Talk is hosted by Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Sharon Osbourne, Aisha Tyler and Sheryl Underwood. Upcoming IMPORTANT DATES: Entertainment Tonight will have the BB16 house tour Wednesday, June 18th! Big Brother 16 Cast will be revealed Thursday, June 19th! Media day Footage will likely be released by Saturday June 21st! -------------------------------- I am not about to watch that show to see this so I'll just check my fav BB site and post it here if it isn't posted already (in spoiler fyi). Considering the commercial that was pulled with the tagline "To Be The Best You Have To Beat The Best" I'm going to keep speculating that it's some kind of Fans vs. Favorite season.

My problem is that I don't trust CBS to put "the best" back in the house.
That would require Dan, Will, Janelle, Boogie, Danielle R, Brittney, Rachael, Jeff, Danielle D, Evel Dick and so on. And nearly all of them have been back too many times already.
But watch us get Jase, Kaysar, Jessie G, Amanda from last season, Helen *shivers*, Chicken George, Frank and the likes.
Honestly though, I would be so happy if Enzo came back Lol.
Edit: Howie would make me happy too.

If it is a fan vs favorites I definitely hope Dr. Will and Evel Dick are on. I didn't watch any of Dr. Will's seasons but he has a reputation as both a good player and a lot of fun to watch so I would like to see him in action. I did catch some of one of Evel Dick's seasons and he was the reason I kept watching that summer; a master of mind games who was very entertaining. I never watched any of Brittney's seasons either but I did watch some edited clips of her interviews and I couldn't stop laughing at her comments (in a good way) so I wouldn't mind seeing her play again. I am familiar with Rachel from Amazing Race and while I think she is a great competitor she has that incredibly irritating voice and laugh plus some rather drastic mood swings that make me not want to watch her. I also don't want Helen back because she was the most full of herself despite being an incredibly bad player last year and I can't see her being any better this year. None of the other names people mentioned ring a bell with me so it would be like a watching new players for me. Not a spoiler: I would love a BB take on Survivors' blood vs water concept because I saw that a past player is Sycho Sid's son and I think while unlikely he would come on the show it would be awesome to see him on BB. His size would be very intimidating to other players and his interviews would be instant classics: "If I was twice as smart as they think I am I would be half as smart as I need to be to win"

I'm surprised this show is still on. I had an offer to just walk into "Big Brother 9". I would have been in LA for, I think, three months if I was eliminated and whatnot. I turned it down. I was going to get paid $400 a week and I made three times that much a week at my "normal" job. I feel I made the right choice. lol

I mean it was a once in a lifetime opportunity so I would have taken it. Do tell more though. Do you know who's love interest you were from that season?

Ya know...it didn't get much further than getting the offer so I didn't know anything else. I got the part cause I was going to be on the short lived reality show "Mad, Mad, House". That was a show where you live with freaks and carnies and they put you through "tasks" and whatnot. I flew out to LA and tested and they told me they were going to use me as the "main guest" in the house for Season Two. Naturally there wasn't a season two as the show wasn't that good. lol so the producers offered me to "walk right in" the Big Brother House. When I heard I wasn't going to make that much money and also the fact that I was trying to be a "legit" actor (HA!) I didn't want my reel to contain a silly show like "Big Brother". Yeah, don't ask me why I thought "Mad, Mad House Season Two" would look better on my reel instead! LOL!! But I came back to Chicago and did, and still do, a ton of theater and indy stuff so I'm happy I didn't do it. But sometimes I wonder what if I did. I'm sure a lot of people have figured out by now that "reality shows" are pretty much casted with wanna be actors most times. Sure there are "real people" as well. It's pretty much all scripted. SHOCKER!!!!

I like it when true fans get on BB/Survivor and even more when they win.

Basically she told Aaryn that the producers contacted her and brought her in for an interview, she received like 3 seasons worth on DVDs and they told her they would contact her for an interview in 30 days. Pretty crazy to think she was on the show, made it to the final 3, and never even watched a second of the show until she was going to be a part of the show. @simplyawesome I do believe if you make it to Jury the pay increases up to $750 a week. I feel that at times this almost promotes the floater strategy of staying under the radar until the final 4 or 5.

And you are correct that making the Jury increases the pay a lot. I think if you make the Jury you get like $13,000 if I'm not mistaken.

New BB Commercial There looks like two separate spots for Memory Walls. Im guessing "Fans vs. Favorite" or "Blood vs. Water" Hoping it's Fan vs. Favorites.

Yeah that $750 figure does ring a bell but I don't remember anything about a jury, I never watched or watch the show, it's been few years so I'm trying to remember everything. But back then I was working a job that paid me $1200 a week and there was no way I wanted to lose that. lol

I think being able to overthrow the HOH is pretty crappy..
They won it so they should be 100% safe.
So is Veto now the only way to be 100% safe or is that out since they have this battle of the block competition?
I honestly don't expect this twist to last that long like most of the early twists but I do fear that some good people who win HOH could be eliminated for winning and it could lead to floaters going farther and that is never good..

I hate America voting so much. I agree. I don't trust American to like who I like so I prefer American to not have too much power..

Another problem I have with is the HOH "Battle of the Block". I have a feeling since no one knows if their nominations are even guaranteed to be nominations, so I have a feeling most people will prefer to nominate floaters to prevent getting "blood on their hands".
