Do you guys think the Rockets can take the Warriors in a 7 game series?
Also I'm pretty sure the 8 teams in the playoff race in the east are the ones that will make the playoffs. The West is going to be one hell of a close finish.

I hate to say it as a Warriors fan, and maybe it’s because I worry too much, but especially if Houston has homecourt I think it’s a possibility that Houston wins the series. Also have to hope that Steph stops stepping on other people’s feet.

Home court advantage or not, I give the edge to a healthy Warriors team. Now if one of the big four is injured - particularly Steph - and it becomes less of an edge but I still think they win a seven game series. Too much talent and too much experience in high pressure playoff situations.

The West is going to be one hell of a close finish. I think home court won't matter. Warriors in 6, max. All the stats and an mvp don't change the fact that James harden ain't built like that. He'll be the 3rd best player on the court. Unless klay goes lights out. Then he'll be 4th.

So I saw this morning that the Sixers clinched a playoff spot. Guess the process actually does work... if you're willing to wait four years, hit on 50% of your lottery picks, wait a year or two for them to be healthy enough to actually play, wait for the league to step in forcing management on your team that actually tries to win, and get a little help from every other team in the Eastern conference who all seem to be aiming for "just average". Grats Sixers. Make a deep run and maybe you can sign LeBron in the off season. Was that part of the process too?

The Celtics are fun to watch Lots of comebacks. Lots of rookies. Very well coached.
It can still all come crashing down this season..but it’s been fun

Kyrie is out Now lebron should easily make it to the finals. (Sixers might be the only real threat)

Celtics without Kyrie just dropped my interest in the NBA playoffs by about half.

Man I want the 76ers to win the east. I don't know whether they are surprisingly good this year or the rest of the east is surprisingly bad. In any case, the 76ers got hot at the right time and I like their chances as much as anybody else in the east... as long as Simmons and Embiid don't crack under playoff pressure and make rookie mistakes.

They’re super hot right now and as long as they don’t crack under playoff pressure like you said or cool down suddenly they have a chance at making a pretty deep playoff run.

So many seeds on the line tonight. Unless the article I saw was a mistake, the Thunder who are #7 right now cannot finish #7 after tonight. It said Golden State’s possible opponents are Spurs, Pelicans, Wolves, or Nuggets.

Ugh the Cabs lost too. Really want Sixers/Cavs for the ECF but it won’t happen with Cleveland playing like this.
