I can definitely see DM Hogan, but not WM3. That would mean that matty would have to produce the 86/87 wwf world belt and IMO I dont see that happening. I hope they make that belt. It can be easily made to say WWE rather than WWF. That's why I think it will be a DM option though due to the cost of the belt and not being able to recycle it with other figures since Hogan was the only to have it! Very true, and when I think about they produced the smoking skull belt for just Austin, so its definitely a possibility...

Hogan should be a huge seller so I predict we will see many many different Hogan figures:
80s classic Hogan w/ winged eagle belt and Hulkamania t-shirt in the regular elite line as a flashback nWo Hollywood Hogan w/ nWo WHC belt and Hollywood Rules t-shirt later in the elite line as flashback (unless they do a Diesel/Kevin Nash deal with two unique figures in one line) Either a DM or RSC exclusive Bash at the Beach '96 Hogan Either a DM or RSC exclusive Hogan WWE return in long red/yellow tie-dyed tights w/ Undisputed belt and feather boa WM XXX street clothes Hogan (I think this could be either a basic or elite figure)
Pretty sure we could get some duplication of attires in basic form too. Three battle pack ideas jump out at me right away: 80s WWE Hogan/Savage, 90s WCW Hogan/Sting (if Sting is signed and gets some figures too), WM X8 Hogan/Rock
Classic 80s Hogan *has* to be the first one released in elite form. It just has to be. Right?

Wasn't that Flair already pre-made and then he left the company? so why would they repackage it? You just know if Jeff Hardy came back his Elite 1 figure would be at every TRU in the country. Why would they start reproducing figures in Defining Moments for no reason? Who? I don't remember that person being in Elite 1... Yup 5 man set.

If the first Hogan released is not representative of Wrestlemania XXX I will be pretty surprised. I am pretty surprised he wasn't in the Wrestlemania XXX BAF, so now I think it will be the TRU exclusive.

If Mattel wants the Defining Moments to last, they will need to keep it going by not including Flair, Hogan, Sting, ETC in the regular Elite lines.

Agree with defining moments. They wanna see how flair does and if really well - then Hogan next is def a sellout. 80's hogan or Hollywood - either is great as long as I eventually get both.

we got Foley 9 months after his return Brock in 8 months RVD in 7 1/2 months Wouldn't you think Hogan is important enough for them to rush him out quicker than they did Brock, Foley or RVD? I'm shocked he's not in Elite 30-32 The only explanation, is the return of the Defining Moments series. I'm guessing we get a DM Hogan in September/October Nothing they do makes any sense. Why give us all a Hogan figure; a figure everyone wants, when they can push out another Del rio or Mysterio or HHH. We will get hogan when we get an updated Daniel Bryan

Put a cloth shirt and headband in there and it's a perfect candidate for Defining Moments. Of course you can't forget the gold cross he always wore around his neck that Andre ripped off.

Im thinking he'll be the next big book TRU exclusive and/or next Defining Moments special.
No offense to basic collectors but I can't see Hogan being released as a Basic before an Elite.

It'll be another slightly mixed figure like Ric Flair. He'll probably come with a Hulk Rules shirt, removable bandana and head band, and the winged eagle.

Why would they start reproducing figures in Defining Moments for no reason? Spot on. The only reason Rick Flair got the DM release is because he was due for it years ago but he left for TNA. I suppose the only other reason is to test to see if fans want DM back. I imagine Hulk will be a Flashback first.

I can see Hogan being the next DM after Flair. Then Sting following after that. Mattel had to have known they had some heavy hitters coming up to revitalize the DM line. Good point man!!

I hope we don't get hogans with molded bandanas. I really hated those when jakks made them.

My money's on Defining Moments. If Flair warrants a special release like that, I'm sure Hogan will too. Maybe DM Wrestlemania 3 Hogan and RSC Exclusive Hollywood Hogan? The accessories should make it the other way around, if anything. WrestleMania 3 Hogan: Headband, tank top, WWF title. Hollywood Hogan: Bandana, tank top, nWo title, shades, weight belt, feather boa.
