i get pissed every time I see a lose elite 12 Kane on eb@y. Because doesn't the value depreciate as soon as the package is open? Yet they're always like 70-120 dollars??? Makes no sense to me. lol

yeah a few times.....VERY few times with WWE figures though.
Kevin Nash was one time that I can remember straight off. PJ helping me stateside & Smyth's online service has just made figure purchases so easy. Flashbacks especially(who fly off the shelves here)are just SO easy to get now.
Nash was different because the case that contained him(DH Smith from E8 too) never landed here. There's actually no figures that I wanted but missed except for AA & Tully and that was Mattycollectors fault.

I got real stupid and paid $100+ for e16 Kevin Nash. The red outsiders toy biz figure from the WCW line was my favorite figure ever, so there was no way I was gonna miss out on the mattel version....sadly I sold the figure a few weeks ago for a tremendous loss, but whatever I spose...

Just spent 44 on E12 Kane. Hated to do it, but I had to have it.

It think the only figure/toy I've seen that I immediately had to have was the McFarlane Jimi Hendrix figure. He was, is, and probably always will be my favorite musician and this figure was so damn good. I think I paid $60 for it without batting an eye...just whipped out the credit card and said to the cashier "This will be mine". Later on (as in a year or two later) I picked up the complete Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem figures including Animal and his drum set stage from the same shop on special order for a total cost of about $125 but that doesn't seem too bad since it was five different toys. (Apparently, Heath Slater was the musical guest for this episode of the Muppet Show that I took this pic from )

@sasawas Id prefer to buy MOC, over loose but $135!!!! I just finally got elite 12 Kane in a lot with basic Kane, loose for $41 on the bay. I mean everywhere else was like so much more. I saw loose for 70ish, but MOC that was the cheapest I could find :X I hear you, some of the more sought after figures, you need to just wait it out until you find one for a decent price, then again getting someone like that MOC is always gonna be expensive.

I traded like 35 of my best RA figures for a UFC 1 of 500 Chuck Liddell. Have regretted it ever since. They were really awesome/rare figures I traded.

600 Pesos (like $50/$60) for both old Jakks Rey Mysterio and Jeff Hardy I found at a Walmart in Mexico, back in 2010.
