Iv got a legends series 1 Stone Cold and his left leg doesnt want to move (the part connecting the leg to the trunks). How do i know if it is just really stuff or if its a manufacting error and will snap if i apply too much force?

Why not put it in some boiling water and see if you can get it to move?

Usually if you light the joint and pass it, it will move.
I had the same problem with Elite 6 (I think) Matt Hardy, the hip joint just won't move and it seemed jammed up. I ended up just displaying him because no matter what I did the leg wouldn't move. You could try freezing it so the plastic will harden or even the boiling water trick that was also suggested.
