Has anyone else noticed Hogan's short torso and trunks covering his belly button? Also his knee pads are two-tone like Flair's.

Didn't notice before but I do now. 100% accurate to the time period. Once again, great job Mattel!

I love that Mattel did this. Completely accurate. There were a lot of classic wrestlers that wrestled with their trunks high up their waistline. HBK is one I wish they could've done.

I thought everyone noticed...
Anyway it's an amazing figure and I bet will be one of my favourites.
I've never been Hogans biggest fan but there's always been a couple of spots for him in my collection. He is a massive part of wrestling history and Mattel have scored a 10/10 on there first figure of him. IMO.

I expected Hogan to be awesome, but they really did make the absolute definitive classic Hogan.

The accuracy gets more impressive by the days. I cannot wait to see how great this looks next to everyone he wrestled over the years.

Has the Hogan figure been leaked in the past? Or was it used for another prototype before? As soon as I saw it I got the feeling I've seen it before. A little bit like deja vu.

This weekend has me rethinking my current set up. A shelf with that Hogan in the middle flanked by guys like Andre, Piper, the Iron Sheik, Bundy, etc. would look pretty cool.

I love this figure. As long as the paint details on the face come out as good on the production piece as they are on the proto figure, it will be an amazing piece. Even though I don't think the torso MDT chose for Flait was all that bad, I do wish they'd sculpted a brand new torso for him, complete with high waisted trunks, as they did for Hogan. The hulkster looks perfect, period.

This is an all new sculpt almost across the board. Trunks look new, but not sure about the thighs. There is thought that Lugers boots are new, and this Hogan could be using them, or they could be the old boot. Arms belong to Lesnar. The reason you're having déjà vu is because this torso looks a bit wide like Lesnar's. Elite 30 Animal has Brock's torso, so maybe you're thinking that they're the same?

Pretty sure Hogans legs are new. I was comparing them yesterday to Lesnars and Bruno's and the musculature was different.
I'm glad he doesn't use the Undertaker boot mold. I hate how big the calves are on it.

Love the new molds, hogan deserved it an it looks so amazing. I hope it's slightly smaller than lesnar as it shouldn't be that wide/fat. Better torso to use for others too like animal and rusev (especially withy the high tights line).
Can't wait for Hogan!
