The business is completely different now with the Network and to be fair, how much does the title even mean these days?
If anything Brock holding the title and not being overexposed and making title defenses feel special could help revalue the title.
You will still have all of your top feuds and top stars and will have Reigns vs Orton and Reigns vs HHH and Ambrose vs Rollins plus Batista returning to fill in when Brock isn't there.

Yeah I get that but some of the PPV's need the title to be defended. Survivor Series and Royal Rumble don't need the title because they could easily give us a huge 5 on 5 Survivor Series main event and the Royal Rumble match alone sells that event.
But the other 3 need the title to be defended.
For instance Hell In a Cell. What could they possibly give us to replace the title being defended? Maybe through HHH and Reigns in a Cell match but I dunno. TLC. The main event is usually a TLC or Ladder so with no title to climb for what would be the purpose? EC. How could they possibly have an Elimination Chamber match without the title being defended and with the belts now unified there will only be 1 chamber match and since the winner of the Rumble goes to Mania what would be the point?
In they weren't gimmick PPV's it wouldn't be as big of a deal but to make this work it would be most important for Lesnar to wrestle at TLC & EC. The other 3 PPV's they could get around.

I think Rollins vs Ambrose inside HiAC would be pretty huge. John Cena is bigger then the title so as long as he is on the show I don't think you lose too much

I'm just assuming if they are putting the title on Lesnar, he's signed on for several more appearances.

with the way WWE loves to ram Cena Down every one's throat. It wouldn't surprise me to see Cena win And summer slam to go off the air with Michael Cole.Going OMG Cena just beat the guy that beat the streak. He is the Greatest superstar of all time. Would be hilariously great, but not gonna happen. We already know he is the greatest superstar of all time.you can't be serious their is no way he is better that Rick flair, HHH, HBK ,Chris Jericho, Bret Hart ,Steve Austin. Undertaker, the rock, Eddie GURRERO, Rick Rude,Rowdy piper,Kurt Angle, Macho Man, and Owen hart.

Do buy rates really mean that much with the network? Summerslam is the last PPV from the networks launch. Say Lesner is on NOC and wwe gets the network subscribers to resub then you have 6 months of people committed to the network. Exactly. WWE will become even more lazy when it comes to producing PPV's if they have a constant number of "buys", i.e. Network subscribers.

It's stupid for the WWE to NOT throw more money at Brock Lesnar for some more dates on his participation schedule.
I wanna watch Brock Lesnar. That goes for ALOT of people in and out of the wrestling community.

Say Lesner is on NOC and wwe gets the network subscribers to resub then you have 6 months of people committed to the network. For renewals, Night of Champions (for day one subscribers) and Hell in a Cell (for WrestleMania subscribers) are the big events. They need to be pretty loaded. But WWE can't just ignore the other months... They desperately, desperately need more subscribers. They need title matches on Survivor Series, TLC, Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber, unless they have something huge as a substitute. And I don't think The Rock's working Survivor Series this year, so there'll be a title match. yeah they need more subscribers badly......and as you say the road to this is stacked PPVs featuring fresh matches folks want to see. Something increasingly difficult when Raw, SD, Main Event are stacking up matches every week. I would imagine creative is under pressure at the moment.

Even if Brock Lesnar did hold the title for a while, there aren't many fresh matches waiting at the top. Brock/Cena at SummerSlam. Brock/Bryan if he's able to come back soon and they seem to want to save Brock/Roman. Who else can face Brock? Maybe a face turned Randy Orton? Please not the Big Show again. I wouldn't be all for Brock/Batista or Brock/Sheamus.

If they are planning on giving him the belt they likely would need to actually sign him to more dates. He doesn't have to be on every Raw, but he needs to make at least monthly appearances. I don't know if they did that, but if he loses at Summerslam, or wins at Summerslam and loses at NOC the conquering of the streak would have all been for naught. They need to be very careful how they book this thing. At this point between Lesnar winning and making sparing appearances until Wrestlemania and Lesnar just losing at Summerslam the former is still likely the better option. That said, I still don't think Reigns is the guy to finally beat Lesnar at Wrestlemania. I could be wrong, but I still don't see Reigns as that guy yet. I doubt 7 months will change my mind.

I think they will give him the strap for three months or so until Daniel Bryan is ready, when he'll win the Strap back ala David vs Goliath, possibly around Survivor Series time. I'm 99% sure Brock Lesnar will face The Rock at Wrestlemania 31, although after hearing Paul Heyman pitch a Brock Lesnar vs Stone Cold feud on Austin's Podcast, that may be the only other alternative.

Starting to wonder if Brock drops the title to a returning Batista.
Give a huge first time match for NOC or HIAC, the title reign Batista was most likely promised, and helps lure people into the network.

I'd love Night of Champions to be the return of the championship scramble match, with Brock defending against Cena, Batista, Kane and Orton. With the undercard having the first Reigns vs Triple H singles match, and the feud-ending gimmick matches for Ambrose vs Rollins and Jericho vs Bray.

If you think he doesn't? that's fine. But you will still be 100% wrong.
