This is easily CM Punk. Everything about Punk vs Cena is special imo. I think we, not me but people, started to take it for granted in the later stages of the feud, but all those matches and builds hold up on an individual basis imo. They really brought the absolute best out of each other. Oil and water when it comes to presentation but peanut butter and jelly when they walked down that ramp.
And Punk, who is already great on the mic, has a sixth gear on the microphone he seemingly saves just for Cena.

I thought Rock tore him up pretty good a couple of times. I don't know. The Rock's stuff is pretty tired. A lot of his jokes were funny when I was a kid but his 2012-2013 stuff was cringe worthy at times. I did enjoy the Rock concert that I saw in Cleveland in March of 2012 though.

Good stuff. The initial things he said were good like making fun of "you can't see me" and fruity pebbles. However, his second run was terrible with the "lady parts now trending" or whatever. Some good, some bad. I still enjoyed most of it though.

Regardless, it was cool to see Cena come out to "Basic Thuganomics". I have his entrance recorded on my phone still. And the face to face between The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels.

Everything they did together was special. Cena was killing The Rock on a weekly basis if you ask me. Short of The Rock's first promo back in 2011, very little he did during that run was very memorable. Cena had him every step of the way.

Daniel Bryan's and CM Punks, because there was truth behind their words. The Rock just made silly jokes that didn't have any bearing on reality, or even kayfabe reality. Cena actually killed The Rock mic wise. Rock was pretty dialled back, they had that stupid thing were he had his lines on his hand. Do you really think The Rock of all people would need to write his promo on his wrist? In the Youtube video promo he cut on Cena is probably the best anyway has ever destroyed John. The could never let him say this on TV. That was still pretty good, but Cena murdered Rock in every face to face confrontation.

I feel that it was a work in the sense that Cena was the one to ultimately go over. If they would've let Rock be Rock, he would've eaten Cena up. I know Vince loves Rock, but Cena is the cash cow. And we all know they do not like to put Cena in vulnerable posotions

They didn't script The Rock to be terrible, Dwayne did that by himself. Cena simply outclassed him, like Randy Orton predicted back before WrestleMania 27:

And it's an opinion of a guy who is more often then not called "boring" and who who supposedly has major heat backstage for wrestling a "crowd killing" style. And for all that Punk love for him bashing on Cena the best, Rock held his own on the mic with Punk and most fans were behind Rock. Me personally, I think they held Rock back when it pertained to Cena. But again, it's all opinions.

Personally, I think that secretly Cena can do triple-jump moonsaults and the crispest, most legit-looking STF ever but WWE holds him back from doing it. Why would they hold him back from doing it? I don't know, but I can't handle the idea that he just can't do it so it's easier for me to pretend WWE holds him back.
