1 3 2
The rest kind of run together. I think I'll watch them again soon.

Saw II, followed closely by 1 and 6. IMO those three are the best and the ones that hold up well to rewatches. I'd rank them:
2 1 6 5 4 7 3
3 is the only one I have trouble sitting through, though I'm not a big fan of 7, either.

The first one definitely, but the second one was good too. The rest just made me confused.
Also the original is coming back to theaters for a one week engagement in Oct. to celebrate it's 10 year anniversary.

The original is the only one I didn't see in theaters. I'll definitely catch it.

I love the series too, definitely gets a bad rap, IMO.

Thought I'd share this with any Saw fans here, the rare animated version of the Saw: Rebirth prequel comic

1, 2 and 3. I honestly stopped paying attention after those.

1, 2 and 3. I honestly stopped paying attention after those. Even though six was pretty good, the story is pretty overdone and useless after the third.

It doesn't help that the series was in a pretty bad spot after 3 with the events of that particular film.

I think 6 was a very good entry, so based on that I'm glad more got made.

Don't think I ever saw any. Maybe part 1, but I honestly don't recall, just remember the ending. The bluray collection comes out in a few weeks, I'll pick this up and watch all of then around Halloween time. Love seeing horror/scary movies during that time.

I stopped after 4. It never was better than the first one though.

In my opinion, the first film is the only one worth watching. At the time, it was incredibly fresh and unique, and it managed to easily set itself apart from other horror films. Then the series became a victim of its own genre with each subsequent film becoming more and more trite than its predecessor.

I don't get why people rip apart his acting in the first one, I think he did well.

I love all of them. None of them are horrible (although SAW 7 is arguable). As Saw II or III are probably my favorite, I thought V and VI were extremely original with the traps and torture. They both had crazy, horrible, extremely unique traps and I loved it.

The traps in the later films become pretty insane, like a character in their own way.
